The accommodation comprises of a large living room with open plan kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and private balcony, twin bedroom and modern bathroom. The living room has a double sofabed. Air conditioning is fitted throughout. The living rooms balcony has a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Orange Grove is set in a small exclusive complex of 16 private apartments with a shared large pool and 12 detached villas with private pools. The complex is located in a beautiful setting close to Calis beach, its restaurants, bars and beach are only a short stroll away. The complex offers a tennis court incl basketball & volleyball, mini golf, 24 hour security and beautiful gardens with views of the surrounding mountains. Only 5 kilometres, by regular local bus service, is the picturesque harbour town of Fethiye, which is ideal for shopping or taking a boat trip from its marina.

Notes to the rental rates

• Payment Terms: £100 per week non-refundable deposit payable immediately, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note there is a £100 security / breakage returnable deposit payable with the final balance. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure. We will hold availability for two days whilst flights are arranged. An experienced company arranges the apartment to be cleaned, free of charge to you, prior to your visit.
  
• We can arrange private transfer from Dalaman airport for you at a cost of approx £35 per party each way (a minibus). We can also arrange car rental for you if required. Our property manager, Olga, based in Calis Beach, provides a 24hr / 7 day contact phone number for use should you need any help or assistance during your holiday. If you wish, Olga can arrange to meet you at Orange Grove, at the start of your holiday, giving you useful information about the property and surrounding area such as location of nearest bus, local shops, info on Calis / Fethiye etc.
  
• The freshwater swimming pool is available to use from the start of May to the end of October every year. An information book is provided in the apartment including restaurant & bar recommendations & info on other interesting activities. We also have a selection of music CD's, DVD's, books and games for your use.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Turkey

Olu Deniz

Olu Deniz, amongst one of the world most beautiful beaches, is only 12 km away and takes its name from its stunning blue lagoon. It has a beautiful sandy beach and calm crystal waters making it ideal for children to swim in. The beach at Oludeniz offers a huge variety of watersports. The beach itself stretches for several miles, but the most popular section is the lagoon with its stunning backdrop of mountains and pine forest. This area has been designated a National park and there is a small entrance charge, but it is well worth paying - there are shaded areas suitable for picnicking and showers. You can watch the paragliders descend from Mount Babadog and bathe in the tropical waters against the backdrop of the Taurus Mountains.

Saklikent Gorge

High in the mountains above Fethiye, rushing torrents of icy cold water have cut a narrow gorge through the mountains over thousands of years creating Saklikent Gorge. A natural wonder, the resulting Canyon is 300 metres deep and 18 kilometres long and is a breathtaking sight. Saklikent in Turkish means 'Hidden City' .A cool refuge in long hot summer days, it provides a favourite picnic spot where rustic restaurants overhanging the river, serve delicious fresh trout and other local delicacies. During winter, the gorge is a popular resort for winter sports. In March and April, you can ski in the morning and swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean in the afternoon!

12 Islands Boat Trip

The only way to enjoy the Twelve Islands (Oniki Adalari) is to cruise in a Turkish gullet or take a daily boat trip. Gullet cruises provide access to tourist free secluded bays where you can snorkel, swim, climb the cliffs or just relax. The trip includes visiting Afrodit Koyu (Cleopatra's Bath) an ancient ruined bath where Cleopatra supposedly bathed when she was travelling en route from Egypt to Rome. It is said that swimming here will give you true beauty! You will also visit Merdivenli (Step Ladder Bay) which has an ancient cave cut into the side of the rock. Another island, Tersane Adasi (Shipyard Island) has ruins of an ancient shipyard. And one island which will get the children very excited is St Nicholas Island, after the famous man who wears a red suit. The island is full of 4th century ruins from the days when Saint Nicholas used to worship here. However it is up to parents to explain to puzzled kids how he travelled from here to Lapland!
