This property is situated within a 5* complex on the Turkish Riviera and is suitable for all the family. The complex offers 4 outdoor swimming pools with children's pool and water slide, indoor pool, fitness centre, hamam, sauna, jacuzzi, hairdressers and beauty treatments, tennis court, squash court, table tennis, table football, pool/snooker table, air hockey table, internet room, playstation games and a varied evening live entertainment program for young and old. The complex animation team provide entertainment throughout the day. There is a shuttle bus from the complex 1/2 hourly throughout the day to the beach where recliners with cushions and sunshades, as well as pedal and paddle boats are available free of charge. Food and drink is available for the all inclusive customers. A 10 minute bus ride away is Alanya town centre where there are boat trips and water activities, as well as a bazaar shopping village.     This is payable to the complex reception at the end of your holiday.
  • Airport transfers can be organised by us on request. The cost for airport transfer depends upon the number of passengers. For Example: cost for the return journey for 4 people is 120 euro.
  • DEPOSIT and SECURITY DEPOSIT: To reserve your dates we requiry £100 per week non-returnable deposit, which will be deducted from your balance.
    You will be required to pay an additional returnable £200 security deposit, payable when your balance is due. This will be returned to you after your holiday following a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.

About Alanya: Alanya is a pleasant and inspiring place, with several very distinct zones. These include the small old town within the outer walls of the citadel; a thriving tourist zone around the charming old harbour; a busy and modern city inland; and big hotels along the beaches east and west. The 3km beach situated west of the town is the city’s main beach. The 8km to the east of the town are largely fronted by resort hotels. Both are clean and kept tidy and are usually crowded during the busy seasons. The best beach in the area is located about 20km away at Incekum which is lined with huge resorts and it offers a wide range of water sports and other activities. The apartment complex offers a free bus service to the beach, where there is a snack bar and drinks available, with sun beds with mattress and umbrellas free of charge. If you have the all inclusive option the food and drink at this section of the beach is all included in the price.

Airport Transfers and information pack: We can arrange for you to be met at Antalya Airport and taken directly to the apartment complex The cost of the airport transfer depends upon the number of passengers. The cost will be worked out upon yopur enquiry however an example cost for family of 4 is 120 euro for the return journey. This payment is to be made to the driver for each journey. In the apartment is our information pack which contains leaflets and information about the area of Alanya. Please feel free to add any information to this which you feel that other guests may enjoy. Within this pack is an instruction manual to help you use the apartments appliances.

All Inclusive Catering: We highly recommend the All-Inclusive service as it is very reasonably priced: All-inclusive price per person per day = 27Euro 1st Child under 6 is FREE 2nd Child under 6 = 50% off (11.5 euro) Children under 12 = 50% off (11.5 euro) The all inclusive package offers a wide range of food and drinks, served at various locations within the complex. Food is served from 7am - 12pm. Information on the different sittings and food types is provided in the apartment information booklet. Snacks and drinks are also served at the Paradiso beach which is included in this option. Apartment fridge is stocked daily with soft drinks and some beer. Also as part of the all-inclusive option is a daily maid service in the apartment where the white towels will be exchanged and bed linen changed if required.

The apartment and complex facilities were excellent. There was five in our party 2 teenage girls aged 15 and a 10 year and with the inclusive package we found this to be very good value for money, as there was an excellent choice of foods each day, even my 10 year old fussy daughter was fine with the food.. especially the 'Pancakes'. The animation team provided an excellent service around the main pool area during the day - the teenagers loved the fun and games and also with the shows in the evening. In the 14 days that we were there we see a different show evey night! We were also the only english family but that was also not a problem for us. We would therefore, highly recommend this holiday - it looks like we will definetly be going back next year as our daughters are begging us already!

Nice Holiday

We spent unforgettable three weeks in Andrea's apartment at the Paradiso Complex in September/October 2009. Although it was not very relaxing (with two three and five-year old kids), our holiday was a lot of fun with plenty of activities for all of our family.

The apartment was excellent, better than described. The Complex itself is very clean, offers a very good service and facilities. Our kids loved animation and enjoyed games and day-time activities offered by the miniclub at the childen's pool area and the beach and, of course, minidisco at nights.

The only problem for us was the distance to the sea. It turned out difficult for us to go back and forth when kids wanted us to return to the Complex to have lunch there or have some rest in the apartment and then go back to the sea. The bus service was good but the bus was often overcrowded (we were told that this was because of the season - in September-October, most people go to the beach instead of staying by the pool), so it was a bit of a problem for us. Other than that, we did not have problems and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Thanks to Andrea, we had a very nice transfer service.

We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and may be come again next year.

Excellent stay

Me and my friend together with two 4 year old girls spent 10 wonderful September days at Andrea's appartment.

We are completely satisfied. Appartment is very comfortable, has everything you need - from tableware to inflatables, moskito protection, books, dvds, even beach towels. The view is simply fantastic. And even though you need to climb some steps to the buildning - it's really worth it. Montblanc pool is just great and the bar in such a close vicinity is definately an advantage. It's quite calm, peaceful (when our kids were notaround :) and views are just stunning.

We were the only Ukrainians at the resort, but it was great to find out that part of animation team are guys and girls from Ukraine. Our kidsloved mini club and mini disco and were heros of evening rewards for their activities.

Most of guests are Germans, Dutch, Polish, but almost everybody speaks English, so it's easy to communicate. Staff is very friendly, food is good, and ill-inclusive is really worth every penny you pay.

Beach is a bit far. But you can reach it by hotel bus in 7-10 min. It's clean, big, has bar, showers, animation. It's sand mixed with small stones. The sea was extremly warm, but very stormy - everyone had fun on waves. We also experienced that storm/tornado which hit Alanya - but it was also part of fun.

Little disadvantage was that there is no room-service at the hotel,so when it was very rainy and chilly after storm we simply could not reach restaurant with our kids, so we missed breakfast. If your kids are small you may experience difficulties with trolley of climbing steps towards to building.But you can use it as an exercise:)

Everything concerning our booking was very smooth and easy (thanks to Andrea). The pick up from and to airport was comfortable, on time and cool (we talked a lot).

We have already reommended this appartment to all our friends and will definately come there again. Tnanks!!!

our fab holiday in Alanya

We spent two weeks in the appartment at the Club Paradiso complex in July/August this year and had a fantastic, relaxing time. The appartment was better than described. A real home from home with many extras that you would not get in a hotel (ipod docking station, DVD player, iron and ironing board, washiong machine etc). It was really spacious, with two balconies and was cleaned every day.
The complex was huge, and, as a result had loads of facilities which was great for a family. We thought the all inclusive was good value and the food was delicious.
The owner, Andrea, was really helpful and organized many extras (airport transfers,etc.) for us and answered any queries we had.
We would recommed this holiday to a family with children fo any age.

We had a great holiday! the apartment was just as described - spacious and on an excellent complex. We had everything we needed with great views and right by Mount Blanc pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We would recommend: all inclusive is excellent value, BBQ restaurant (you need to book a table the day before at reception); Turkish night in main restaurant (food was excellent); try the cocktails in the Tankstelle bar; Turkish bath, body peel & foam massage in the spa (skin feels great afterwards = nice treat!); bus down to beach & town.
Thanks to Andrea for sorting out the transfer arrangements. We would definitely recommend your apartment as a great place to stay as it ticked all the boxes for us. Thank you again for all your help.
