The bathroom with power shower & towels. Air conditioning & solar heating throughout. The fully fitted kitchen includes Fridge,Dishwasher,microwave, 4 ring hob & electric oven/grill,Freezer and washing machine, Iron & ironing board & all utensils & crockery for you to enjoy your stay. Plenty of seating is available in the contemporary lounge dining area. The large balcony has built in barbecue and contemporary dining furniture. Outside, the unique & spectacular Turtle shaped infinity swimming & paddling pool, set in the beautiful grounds are ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers. From Calis you can also catch the dolmus to Saklikent a magnificent natural wonder that is 300 metres deep & 18 Km long, Tlos which has ancient ruins & rock tombs, Yaka park where you can enjoy fresh trout in the restaurant overlooking the trout farm all about 45Km & 12Km to Olu Deniz with it's stunning sandy blue flag beaches, famous blue lagoon & parasend from the top of Mount Babadag.

  • Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. All prices are inclusive of end of stay cleaning service and linen change for two week bookings. Additional supplementary days outside a full week are available at £70 per day subject to availability. Changeover day is negotiable. A £100 deposit per week is required on booking, with the full balance to be paid 10 weeks before the arrival date. We will hold availability for 2 days whilst you arrange flights. Please note there is a £100 security / breakage returnable deposit payable with final balance.

On your doorstep: The apartment is just 45 kilometres from Dalaman airport. There are many local shops selling groceries within 100 metres from the apartment and a supermarket which is 800 metres from the apartment. The water taxi to Fethiye is just 400 metres away and well worth taking. Beautiful Calis beach itself is only a short walk at 500 metres with lots of fantastic restaurants & bars whatever your choice. The Dolmus (local minibus) Travels along the main road (50 metres from your door) into Fethiye every 15 minutes and is very cheap. There is a market held every Sunday 500 metres away, where you will be able to buy fresh organic fruit and Vegetables and a variety of other goods including clothes and leather goods etc...
