Well equipped luxury 2nd and 3rd floor Duplex Penthouse Apartment close to Calis Beach. Sleeps up to 8 adults. Facilities include shared Sauna and Gym, large pool area with children’s section, gardens and private children’s play area. For your peace of mind we also provide a Local English Representative and Weekly Maid Service at no extra charge. Property has three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area has two sofa beds that will sleep and additional 2 to 3 adults. There is a large terrace for dining with a barbeque and 3 further balconies all with lovely sea views or mountain views to the rear. Apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and is also equipped with Satellite, TV, Stereo and DVD Player. Large Pool area shared with only 11 other apartments. The Beach and resort of Calis is but a short stroll away

Apartment is located in Calis Beach which is in South Western Mediterranean Turkey. It provides and ideal base for exploring this most beautiful area of Turkey. Calis Beach with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants is a short stroll away and the nearby harbour town of Fethiye can be reached via water taxi at 30 minutes intervals from there. The resort is great for those seeking a beach location. Calis has plentiful but low key nightlife and also boasts its own waterpark within walking distance of the apartment. Local excursions are easily accessible and include boat trips, fishing, scuba diving and lots of important historical sights. Olu Deniz can be accessed via Dolmus in about 15 minutes and Karakoy, Butterfly Valley, Dalyan turtle Beach and the Rocky Tombs are all nearby.

With this apartment, you got 'exactly what it said on the tin'

The apartment was clean, comfortable, cool and equipped with everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. Trish was very helpful throughout. Our arranged transport was waiting for us at the airport, and Desire was waiting for us at the apartment, even though it was 4am! The pool area and garden was also very well looked after. The holiday was very enjoyable. Thanks very much

We stayed in this apartment in May and had an excellent holiday. The description of the apartment was accurate and the quality was first class. Trish (the owner) was very helpful and Tracy and Desree (who look after the apartment) couldn't have done more to help us. We loved Calis. Had a great day at the Water Park and Olu Deniz is well worth a visit. We chartered a boat for a day between 10 of us which cost about £10 each.It was fantastic. We will definitely go back!

Fit for a king

Well,
Where do I begin, the penthouse was amazing it had everything you could wish for,clean, luxurious and fit for a king, to make it the perfect holiday.
The owner Trish was very helpful and highlighted places to visit to suit our family and also Howard who looked after the property was on hand 24/7 during our stay.
This will be our 2nd year and we are really looking forward to a amazing holiday once again.
I would go back there every year for life, the people were very friendly and the food was fantastic.
