Stunning Mediterranean views from this newly renovated apartment in small exclusive residence with pool and direct sea access. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped, has two balconies (east and west) and air condition/heating in all rooms. On peninsula, next to charming fishing town of Kas, the area is untouched by mass tourism. Kas has old Ottoman alleyways, artist's workshops, farmers market, cosy restaurants and bars. The are is rich in ancient cultural sites, including sunken city of Kekkova. You can swim with dolphins nearby. Cheap car hires from Dalaman and Antalya airports, two-three hours drive or pick-ups can be arranged. Our local English speaking agent will meet and assist during your stay.

Stunning Apartment

My boyfriend and I stayed here in September for 2 weeks. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained with breathtaking views. The pool was cleaned on a daily basis and was lovely. There is access down to a diving platform with a ladder down into the sea. We found this great for swimming and snorkeling. There are some small beaches with cafes and sunbeds close by also.
We hired a car for the full 2 weeks however there is an excellent mini bus service into Kas (around 5 minutes drive) running every 30 minutes late into the night and Taxis are around 13Tkl. The town has a wonderful atmosphere and we ate there most evenings. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars. Our favourites were the Acropol (a few mintues walk from the apartment) and the Alper Restaurant which is located on the square in Kas town and the bars, Point Red and Moon River played some great music. There was not one "Full English Breakfast" in sight which made such a refreshing change. If you are looking for a real authentic Turkish holiday, this is the place to go. This apartment was located perfectly for sampling both the peace and tranquility of the peninsula but with easy access to Kas Town. We would both love to go back and would stay here again. All in all, a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment and never tired of the magnificent sea views. Our days were generally spent swimming in the sea (there's a ladder into the sea at the bottom of this propery & next door) and sunbathing by the pool, although we also went on a couple daytrips to Kekova and Patara. Most evenings we would go into Kas which has good restaurants, shops and a lively atmosphere. The apartment is simply but nicely furnished and reasonably well equiped. The location is quiet and leafy and only a few minutes drive into town. A car is definitely necessary.
We would certainly recommend this apartment and would love to go back again!

Super stay in Kas

We had a nice stay in the appartment. Surroundings are just great, no mass tourism, but charming villages.
The best restaurants are in the village of Kas, which is about 5-10 minutes drive from the appartment, allthough some (especially more expensive) are close by. We had good support from the owner and everything is very well maintained, including the swimming pool. Allthough a local bus service is running, a car is recommended.
