Entering the Cottage:
One enters the main door to the living room. This has a working antique wood burning kitchen stove and a 'sedir' or traditional divan type of seating that one uses during the day for very comfortable seating then in one step, extends at night to form a queen size bed. All linens included. This room is fitted with Turkish antiques/carpets and a marvelous antique wooden carved ceiling that came from an old village house elsewhere in the area. Good lighting, shelf space, etc. A Stereo CD/VCD player sits on the shelf.
There is a completely new bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Hot water throughout.
Kitchenette with stove top, Mini fridge, utensils and dishes, glasses, cups. Basically, if you need something, within reason, we will get it for you.
Linens/towels provided, satellite TV, fantastic, well water fed, private pool. We can arrange for rental of a Gulet sailing boat for a day or more. Ten minutes to beaches or beach clubs.
What is outside the cottage?:
Traditional Turkish Ottoman water fountain next to the patio as well as extensive seating areas for existing dining table (4) and chaise lounge (2). Most of the large patio is shaded by old trees.
The traditional water depot, supplied with water by one of the most beautiful wells in the area has been transformed into a plunge or dipping pool.
The garden generally has seasonal vegetables and herbs available to guests.
