Information about the owners:
This is a family-run business, with the personal touches that will ensure a happy and comfortable stay. The property is owned by Helen and Metin Usbas. The house was bought and completely refurbished in 2005. The house is looked after by Mehmet, our local representative, who is Metin's brother. Mehmet is available as an information point for our guests. Mehmet is also happy to assist in arranging rental cars and information on the local area and sites to visit.
The resort of Kusadasi.:
Kusadasi started life as a small fishing village but has evolved into a busy holiday resort, with things of interest for all ages and interests. With sandy beaches and a pedestrianised marina, variety of shops and a weekly market, selling everything from tea and spices to leather goods, carpets, jeweler, and designer copies.
There are well-maintained parks and playgrounds for children and a variety of places to eat. Kusadasi has a varied nightlife, including bars, restaurants, discos and shops that open until late.
Nearby there are a number of places to visit, including Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary, the Temple of Artemus and the white, mineral salt landscape and thermal pools at Pamukalae, the mud baths, rock tombs and turtles that can be found at Dalyan and if you want to relax, Turkish baths and massage at the local Hamam. There is also two large water parks, providing fun for all the family.
Useful Information.:
Transfers can be arranged to and from either Bodrum Airport or Izmir (Adnan Menderes) Airport at an additional cost, to be paid directly to the driver.
All guests are provided with a complimentary welcome pack, containing some essential groceries at the beginning of their holiday.
The house is cleaned before your arrival and a change of linen can be provided half-way through your holiday should you require it.

We provide an information guide at the house, providing useful information for our guests and strongly encourage guests to add their favourite places to it.
There is a £100.00 refundable deposit held against breakages or loss. This is refunded five working days after the property has been vacated.
