Notes to the rental rates

• **Important notice**. In the high season ( JULY & AUGUST) there is a flat rate of £595 for the villa.
  In the months of May, June, September & October, the prices are as follows: 2 people in the villa = £295; 3 people in the villa = £345; 4 people in the villa = £395; 5 people in the villa = £445; 6 people in the villa = £495. The prices increase according to the number of people staying in the villa & the time of villa rental. The highest rental rates are for the holiday high season when the villa is in most demand. The price increase for each additional person. Children are included in the number of occupants counted for occupancy and pricing, so one child = one person.
  
• To confirm your reservation a non refundable 30% deposit is required. Full payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A security deposit of £150 is required and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure subject to no damage to the villa or its contents. Full terms and conditions are supplied with the booking form and displayed on our website.

Our holiday villa is ideally placed to experience the Real Turkey, with the region offering a variety of activities to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday in Turkey. The local area offers a world of days gone by as the locals go about their daily chores. Watch the local fishermen selling their daily catch in the numerous fishing villages that dot the coastline, or farmers selling their produce at the local markets or on the roadside next to their fields. Only a few minutes away is the historic town of Cesme with the castle, shops and restaurants and if you feel adventurous you can explore the maze of side streets to examine Cesme's historic architecture, and witness the daily activities of the local Turkish people. Watersports: The area is famous worldwide for excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions. There is a dedicated Kite Surfing Centre at Piralnta beach, close to the villa and a number of professionally managed windsurfing schools at Alacati.

Ciftlikkoy, home to Sea View Villas is a typical Aegean fishing village and is a natural wonder with its beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Altinkum, Pirlanta and Tursite. In the village you can visit the harbour to buy freshly caught fish, or sit and have a drink at the local restaurants, from which you can watch the local fishermen at work or look out to sea, across to the Greek island of Chios. Thermal Springs of Ilica and Sifne: It is said that the thermal spring waters of Ilica and Sifne offer health benefits to the sufferers of rheumatism, gout, skin diseases and various other ailments, due to the minerals in the thermal waters. At Sifne, the thermal spa complex has a mud bath for the treatment of eczema, psoriasis and other skin disorders. Alacati: popular for windsurfing and sailing is a typical Aegean town. You can experience the Turkey of years gone by with its natural harbour, cobblestone streets and historic windmills dotting the hillside.

A number of world famous archaeological sites are only a day trip away from the villa, should you wish to soak up Turkey's culture and heritage. Ephesus (Efes) is Turkey's most visited ancient site. Today you can clearly see the remains of this empire with its city hall, houses, shops and streets, allowing you to experience what life was like in the times of the Greeks and the Romans. Selcuk, is a pretty town famous for both its historical richness and its superb natural location. Sites of historical interest in the area are the city of St. John, the citadel, the Basilica of St. John and the archaeological museum of Selcuk. For shoppers, Selcuk offers a selection of charming boutiques and colourful bazaars situated in the picturesque narrow, winding streets of the town. Other excellent Archealogical sites close by include: Pergamum, Didyma, Miletus, Priene, Sardis, and Aphrodisias. Day trips and over night excursions can be arranged.
