This attractive & spacious 3 bed villa sits in an elevated position overlooking 5 bays. Breathtaking views & incredible sunsets can be enjoyed from, in total, 5 sun terraces. The house enjoys an enviable position in a small residential area with 24 hour security controlled entry, a massive pool measuring approx.25x10m & a welcome breeze that keeps you cool & refreshed. The bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin, offer flexible accommodation, all having a wardrobe with hangers & at least 1 chest of drawers. The sitting room offers two large sofa's, there is a DVD/CD player & family size TV which plays UK standard music & films. The inside dining area has a sociable round table for up to 8, the covered front terrace has a table with 8 patio chairs & a 'built-in' chimney barbeque ideal for those warm evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, grill, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, pans, cutlery, crockery, iron & ironing board - finished with marble surfaces.

The villa is about 7 minutes drive outside of Yalikavak, a traditional Turkish fishing town offering about 60 restaurants & bars-no Irish bars or full english breakfasts to be seen!. There is a supermarket 1km away on the way into town. A large market each week where you can pick up some great bargains - everything’s negotiable! Yalikavak has a new marina with for 450 yachts, the village itself is very family orientated. The peninsula has over 150 bays/beaches to choose from - sandy or rocky, deserted or busy - something for everyone. Bodrum itself, only 20 minutes away, has a waterslide park, hundreds of bars, restaurants & clubs. There are many historic sights to visit all within driving distance. Transfer from Bodrum airport is about 45 minutes, we can arrange a pick up service which delivers you to the villa day or night, part of this service also entails us taking you the following morning to the local car hire business, where you can hire a car at very reasonable rates.

The villa is ideally suited for 6 people, however, we do have 2 sofa beds & a fold-up 'Z' bed, meaning the house has a capacity of 9.
We charge £5 per person per night surcharge for guests 7, 8 & 9 to cover the extra wear & tear on the property.

| Notes: | The master bedroom, with double front aspect, is a double bed. Bedroom 2 & 3 have twin beds that can easily be manoeuvred to form doubles if required. There are two comfortable sofa's in the sitting room which can seat 8. Dining inside, we have a table that seats 8 which has 6 chairs, outside we have a large patio table with 8 chairs which sits on the front covered terrace. The change over days are usually Sunday or Monday - Bodrum Airport is mainly charter flights which operate on these days. We change the linen, towels etc and clean weekly, if you would like linen and towels changed midweek also their is a small premium to pay (£15). |
SURCHARGE
Guest's 7,8 & 9 must pay £5 perperson pernight to cover additional wear & tear on sofabeds/'Z' bed.
