Luxury villa with private pool, close to beach.

Our 6 bedroom detached villa is divided into two fully self-contained areas of accommodation which can be rented out separately or together. Villa Vista has a large fully equipped lounge/kitchen diner. The master bedroom is more like a spacious, open-planned suite with a Jacuzzi bath/shower room and a separate dressing room with bed settee. This suite opens onto a large private balcony with stunning views over-looking Torba bay. The second bedroom sleeps two and has its own shower-room. It also has a large private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The Olive Grove - named after the beautiful olive trees in the garden - has four bedrooms, two single, one double and one family room which opens onto the Pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen/lounge/dining room also opens directly onto the pretty garden and Pool area. The garden is fully equipped for al-fresco living with a large table seating up to 15 people, eight sun lounger’s, barbecue and sun umbrellas.

Spacious two bedroom luxury villa sharing garden and pool with 'The Olive Grove' downstairs. It has a large fully equipped lounge/kitchen diner with washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The master bedroom (sleeps two) and is more like a spacious, open-planned suite with a Jacuzzi bath/shower room and a separate dressing area with bed settee. This suite opens onto a private 16 square metre balcony with stunning views over-looking Torba bay. The second bedroom sleeps two and has its own ensuite shower-room. It is 19 square metres with its own private balcony of 16 square metres overlooking the garden and pool. All the rooms are furnished in hand-made pine. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The Villa is situated halfway up a steep hill but is just a short five minute walk from the up-market resort of Torba with its sandy/shingle beach, harbour and rows of restaurants along the front. It is a quiet, sophisticated resort, which also has several hotels. You can take daily boat rides from the harbour. If you want a busier nightlife you can catch a dolmus (minibus) into buzzing Bodrum. It's fifteen minutes and costs only 70p. You can also take a dolmus (or drive the 10-15 minutes) to the lovely coastal village of Gundogan or the busier resort of Yalikavak with its many beach restaurants and harbour.
