A lovely, two-bedroom family villa in a small complex with shared swimming pool. Both the pool terrace and the villa terraces have panoramic views to the sea which is 500 metres away down a hill. The villa has an open-plan, modern, fully-fitted kitchen and lounge area which opens onto a terrace for al-fresco dining. There are two single bed settees in the lounge a TV, DVD player and CD player. There is also a separate shower room and toilet on this level. Upstairs there is a double room, twin room ( Air Conditioned ) and shower room. The double room opens onto its own terrace with lovely views down to the sea. There is also a roof terrace with 360 degree views and all day sunshine, fitted out for out-door living with seating, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The Villa is situated on a small complex with shared swimming pool. The sea is approx 500 metres away down a steepish hill. There you will find a sandy beach. jetty, restaurant, bar and sun beds. The nearest town is Yalikavak, only ten minutes away by car or dolmus (mini bus) where there are numerous other fine beaches and restaurants, a marina, shops and two large supermarkets. The villa is also only 15 minutes in the other direction to Gumusluk with its beautiful bay and famous up-market fish restaurants and views across to the Greek island of Kos.
