This magnificent private villa is available for rent throughout the year. Bodrum is a superb holiday location and the proximity to local shops (100m), restaurants (100m), the sea (3 mins walk) and an aqua park (200m) make this an ideal holiday villa. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with all amenities close at hand then this is probably the place for you.

The villa consists of 4 large main bedrooms (3 upstairs and one down). All bedrooms have beautiful natural stone flooring. The front bedrooms enjoy incredible views over the stunning castle of St Peter set in Bodrum bay and the rear have countryside views. There are two large balconies at the front and a rear grape vine covered terrace. Upstairs there is a bathroom/wc with outer dressing area and a separate wc and there is a further shower room/wc downstairs. The living area is an open plan design with a large lounge (incorporating a feature fireplace), dining area with entrance to fully fitted Italian kitchen with granite work surfaces and a utility room. Steps from the hall lead down to the games room/basement from where there is a door to the garden. The bedrooms and living area all have air conditioning.

From the villa it is only a 15 minute walk along the sea front until you come to the principal dining street in Bodrum (restaurants on one side and palm trees and the gently lapping Aegean sea on the other). Alternatively you can take the local Dolmus (mini bus service) from outside the door of the villa which takes you right into the centre of Bodrum.
