We even provide a folding cot. 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 bathrooms (one with large Jacuzzi bath), full air conditioning, fly screens throughout ,real fire, integral patio BBQ and large rooftop sun terrace, garden and patio. The villa is located up a short but steep road giving it panoramic views but it is unsuitable for the infirm. Car hire is strongly advised. Contact us for advice on local firms / airport transfers. A mobile phone is available for emergency contact. Our manager is fluent in English and Turkish and is a fountain of local knowledge. Her telephone number is always available. Bring your favourite DVDs Cd's. Satellite TV , hi fi, DVD player available. NO hidden costs for electricity etc. We want our visitors to feel welcome in our home.

• There are last minute discounts of 5% (stays less than 1 week away) Early bird discounts of 15% ( book more than 6 months in advance) and long stay discounts of 20% ( stay more than 3 weeks) available on our published prices. • There is a compulsory £10 per person per week charge for cleaning the villa before and after your visit, laundry (sheets and towels) and electricity

The villa is located up a short but steep road giving it panoramic views but unsuitable for the infirm.

The location

Sitting on a picturesque bay in the Bodrum peninsula around 25 minutes from Bodrum town centre. Your local bay is only ten minutes walk away with beach, restaurants and bars. Airport 35/40 minutes by car or taxi. The larger village of Gundogan is only 5 min by car in the next bay and has a nice beach with watersports, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Things to do and services

Relax around the villa and pool or at the beach. The sun terrace is extremely popular. Please remember your beach towels.The local buses (Dolmus) are cheap and go everywhere, hop on one on the main road and go exploring! A car is highly recommended as this allows you to you to get out and enjoy the Bodrum peninsula and also further away historical sights such as Ephesus – approximately 2 hours away by car.
