This ground floor flat in a small complex with communal pool, surrounded by fruit trees is a treat for those who enjoy the tranquility as well as the being 5 minutes away from the beaches and the town center. It is one of the very few properties whereby having transport is irrelevant. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, with en-suite bathroom in the masterbedroom. It has a big terrace, which leads to the communal pool and the garden, where there is a barbecue. The flat is fully furnished to a high standard.

Yalikavak is 15km to Bodrum. It is a nice village favoured by Turks for many years and recently discovered by Brits wanting to live abroad all around the year. It has nice restaurants, local market on Thursdays, there are pubs where you can watch football and rugby. There are many historical sites only short drive away. Daily boat trips to Kos and around the peninsula are easily arranged.
