Beachfront holiday villa from owner in Cesme Izmir-Villa BANU
Our beautiful vacation villa (150 m2) is surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden, with an open terrace of 20 m2 and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda. From here, we will have a panoramic and marvellous sea view. The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbecue and grill sets are available for your use. The living room (30 m2) in villa has a satellite TV, Internet access available ( 1024 Mb. DSL) and is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine. There are 5 bedrooms in each villa (18m2, 12m2, 10m2, 7m2 and a 20m2 attic room) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds. There are 3 bathrooms.

The holiday villa is located: 3km from the village of Ild?r. 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre), 12km from Ilica, 18km from Cesme, 75km from Izmir, 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes). 141km Bergamon.150 km Ephesus Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Il?ca and Cesme every 30 minutes. There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Car rental and transfer to and fro the Airport to our villa are available upon request.

Cesme lies (~80 km) west of Izmir on Turkey's Aegean coast, it is within easy reach of Izmir or Adanan Mendres International Airport (via a modern 6 lane highway) and can also be reached by ferry from the Italian port of Brindisi, or the Greek Island of Chios (in Turkish called Sakiz). The name Cesme (“Cheshme” derived from the Turkish word for Fountain) has always been a popular summer resort for the residents of nearby Izmir and over recent years the “secrets” of cesme have been discovered by an ever growing number of European tourists. The region is a combination of rich agricultural land enclosing unspoiled turquoise bays with beaches of fine white sand and (as its name suggests) natural hot water springs.
