This is our little piece of paradise, situated in the heart of the Bodrum peninsula. It is housed in an exclusive complex consisting of 12 other villas with 24 hour security and is maintained all year round. Built in the middle of an olive grove it retains its rural beauty with its lavish landscaping & fantastic mountain backdrops. It offers the perfect base for exploring the vibrant and historic Mediterranean & Aegean coastlines. Often heralded as the birthplace of civilisation the holidaymaker can experience this wonderful country at first hand, or alternatively enjoy the long hours of guaranteed sunshine by relaxing at the poolside. You can eat out at a multitude of fine restaurants that will not cost too much on the pocket. There are huge water parks nearby for the whole family to enjoy & a host of great shopping in Bodrum centre. Large shared pool between 13 private villas. Enclosed balcony with beautiful views of surrounding mountains.

Beautiful holiday in Olive Gardens

Four of us stayed in this villa in May 2008 for 10 days and had the most relaxing, gorgeous holiday here. The villa itself is very spacious and is well equipped and perfectly maintained. Two of the bedrooms open out onto a lovely balcony area and there is also a great shaded terraced area at the front of the property. This particular villa is brilliantly located right beside the pool, and sun loungers were provided.

Whilst it is set away with lovely views, and has a very tranquil feeling, there is a large supermarket 2 minutes away that was great for an food, drink etc we needed. We rented a car and the lovely town of Yalikavak was only 5 minutes away and had plenty of good restaurants and bars, and a great weekly market.
For somewhere a bit more bustling and 'touristy' Bodrum was less than 30 minutes by car and was great for shopping, eating, drinking and children's activities with there being a large water park there. Plus the coastal drive to get there is very scenic!

Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa to families or couples who wish to get away from it all but still be in close proximity to good restaurants, bars and shops as well as gorgeous nature and scenery. You will not be disappointed by this beautiful, spacious, clean holiday home!

Olive Gardens villa - paradise

We rented this villa in Olive Gardens during the last week in June 2009. We were unsure what to expect, but we had the most fantastic holiday here. The villa was immaculate with 3 large bedrooms and a really large living space downstairs with kitchen. 2 of the bedrooms open out onto the upstairs shaded balcony which was beautiful to sit out and read and relax. There was also a private shaded patio outside the villa where we ate and relaxed.
Olive Gardens itself was a real wee oasis with beautiful gardens. The pool was the centre piece of the whole place and was literally 5 steps from the villa and kept really well. There is a decent Tansas supermarket across the road which was handy.
The villa is quiet and tranquil, but yet also convenient to Yalikavak which is a lovely town with plenty of good restaurants and lots to do. Its also close to Bodrum, Gumbet and Bitez either by car or bus.
Overall our holiday in this villa was first class. We will definitely be back!
