Beautifull Villa, Private Pool & Jacuzzi Spa. Stunning Sea views

Villa 'Jade' is a villa for the ultimate relaxing holiday. It commands the 'best' view of Kalkan bay, with its marina and islands. Villa Jade is only 5 years old, new owners in 2006 have made this already gorgeous villa into a superb holiday home from home. It's fully equipped kitchen leads into the split level lounge and dining room. Satellite TV and stereo system is included. There is also a downstairs bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned. On the first floor the 2 double bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and fully fitted bedroom furniture, including two fold out beds. Both rooms have stunning views of Kalkan Bay. Each room leads to the pool balcony where meals can be taken. Outside, the v-shaped pool wraps around the villa and houses the luxury Jacuzzi spa (pool temp). There are 2 tropical gardens, 1 above and 1 below the villa. The views from the pool have to be seen to be believed! it is a short drive from Villa Jade down to the resort centre of Kalkan Old Town.

Villa Jade is situated a short drive from the centre of Kalkan, a small fishing village on the Mediterranean coast of South Western Turkey. Kalkan is approximately 1 hour from Olu Deniz and Fetiye and just under 2 hours from the main airport at Dalaman. It is ideally sited for those wishing to explore the ancient landmarks on The Lycian Way, the medieval towns nestled in the Taurus Mountains or the beautiful, unspoilt coastline of SW Turkey. Patara beach, one of the worlds most beautiful beaches, is just 5 miles away and consists of 21 Kilometers of pristine golden sands backed by impressive dunes and pine forests.

There is a hand rail and lighting for evenings.

All four of us had a fantastic holiday at Villa Jade.
It is a beautiful villa and every bit as lovely as it looks on the website.
Kalkan is definitely one of the nicest resorts in the area if not all of Turkey.
the people in the town are friendly and do not harass you. The town is lively and fun at night but has no disco's or night clubs. If this is your first or 20th time to Turkey you will not be disappointed.
Oh yes - about the 87 steps (up to go out and down to come home) they do help to combat the amount of food and booze you may indulge in.

So Pleased you felt Villa Jade was as lovely as it looks on the website. I am always open and honest with my guests about the the villa, the location, ameneties etc.
And, Yes..... the 87 steps, do give you a daily exercise to keep you fit on your holiday!!!. As Kalkan rests on the slopes of the Taurus Mountain Range many parts of Kalkan are on steep slopes, making large parts of the town unsuitable for disabled, infirm or elderly guests.
