Villa 'Jade' is a villa for the ultimate relaxing holiday. It commands the 'best' view of Kalkan bay. New owners in 2006 have made this already gorgeous villa into a superb holiday home from home. It's fully equipped kitchen leads into the split level lounge and dining room. There is a satellite TV and stereo system, broadband is also available to guests requiring internet access. There is a downstairs bathroom and the villa is fully air conditioned. On the first floor the 2 double bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and fully fitted bedroom furniture, including two fold out beds. Both rooms have stunning views of Kalkan Bay. Each room leads to the pool balcony. Outside, the v-shaped pool wraps around the villa and houses the luxury Jacuzzi spa (pool temp). There are 4 sunbeds, sunshades, a table and chairs along with a shaded, relaxing seating area. The views from the pool have to be seen to be believed! It's just a short drive down to the resort centre of Kalkan.

Kalkan is approximately 1 hour from Olu Deniz and Fetiye and just under 2 hours from the main airport at Dalaman. It is ideally sited for those wishing to explore the ancient landmarks on The Lycian Way, the medieval towns nestled in the Taurus Mountains or the beautiful, unspoilt coastline of SW Turkey. Patara beach, one of the worlds most beautiful beaches, is just 5 miles away and consists of 21 Kilometers of pristine golden sands backed by impressive dunes and pine forests.

The villa is not suitable for elderly or infirm guests, the price you pay for the stunning and totally unobstructed view is the walk down 80 steps past the two villas situated above Villa Jade. There is a hand rail and lighting for evenings.

We had a lovely, peaceful two weeks at Villa Jade in June - the perfect time of year for Turkey. The villa and pool are just as wonderful as they look on the website, with fabulous views over Kalkan. The evening aperitif at sunset overlooking that view became a delightful habit.
I still daydream about that lovely pool.
We would definitely recommend Villa Jade to family and friends - and indeed have already done so!

We really enjoyed our 11 nights at Villa Jade in late September. The location of the Villa was great, being far enough away from the Village to enjoy a relaxing time around the lovely pool, but near enough for a short taxi ride to enjoy the great restaurants in the evening. The facilities at the villa were great with everything that we needed being available. The Villa was clean, tidy, and comfortable and the pool cleaners/linen maids did not disturb us at all. Emma was very helpful prior to going and we also met her whilst we were there which was nice. Overall I would recommend the villa and Kalkan itself to friends and family looking for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful Villa Jade

Our 3rd time to Villa Jade. The villa is always clean and well maintained. Emma takes great care and thought for everyone who stays at her villa. The view is so beautiful cannot go out to dinner until it's dark. Then when we return we are around the pool star gazing or looking at the lights in Kalkan. Very hard to go anywhere else in the future. Most definitely be a 4th + time to Villa Jade.

A beautiful villa

We chose Villa Jade because it looked stunning and also because of the great reviews it had received from previous holidaymakers. They weren't wrong, it a lovely villa in a stunning location. Kalkan is a beautiful unspoilt town and the people are very friendly. We certainly intend to go back.

Best holiday ever at Villa Jade - and great value

We stayed at Villa Jade very recently, right at the start of the season in May where we had lovely weather. We were lucky enough to meet Emma who has thought of absolutely everything to ensure a very personal touch! The villa is brilliant value I think for the standard of accomodation and the breathtaking views over Kalkan bay. We didn't bother going to the beach clubs in Kalkan at all because we had everything we needed at Villa Jade. The managing agent Albay also checked in on us regularly and made sure that we felt very welcome. There's also plenty to do in the area on top of all the restaurants and bars, such as boat trips and the lovely beaches at Patara and Kapatus. (you must check out the ruins on the way to Patara!) I have to say that I couldn't fault the whole experience at all - Emma has done an excellent job and we will definitely be back!!
