On the ground floor is a spacious open-plan lounge; kitchen & dinning area, each have patio doors leading onto the terrace. Doors from the kitchen lead to a large bourganvilea covered pergola, providing shade for the outside dining area.The air-conditioned lounge is inviting, with large comfy sofas, a lovely open fireplace and stunning views. The kitchen is modern & very well equipped, with dining facilities. On the ground floor is a WC. On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms, both decorated in a similar style, but with their own individuality. Cooling white walls & hand made curtains, matching covers & beautiful Turkish cushions make these bedrooms feel special. They also have large wardrobes with plenty of hanging space & shelves. The bedrooms each have a large en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, WC, & a vanity cabinet with plenty of storage. Each bedroom has its own large private balcony with roof to keep you cool, & both balconies have spectacular view
Inside & Outside Living:
Outside living is enviable at this villa. The flower-covered pergola provides a cooling and beautiful place to eat and the large wooden table and chairs easily accommodate six people. Admire the magnificent views from the comfort of your sun-bed, or if you get a burst of energy - how about using the inflatable pool toys! The parasols even have wheelie stands to make even the small task of moving them easy. There is also a BBQ if you fancy trying your hand at Al Fresco cooking. Beautiful deep pink and red Bougainvillea climb up to the balconies and dotted around the terrace are terracotta pots overflowing with pretty colourful flowers. The views from the roof terrace are breathtaking and together with the wrought-iron sofas (with comfy mattresses) and marble table this makes for the ultimate night time viewpoint to be mesmerised by the twinkling lights of Kalkan.
