HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Luxury spacious detached villa in Calis Beach
This brand new villa is furnished to a very high standard and has a large open plan living room/dining room /kitchen. The kitchen has all mod-cons including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has satellite TV, video player with lots of videos and a CD player again with lots of CD's. There is a large covered terrace with barbecue overlooking a very large shared pool. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a twin room (all bedrooms with air conditioning and balconies), a family bathroom (with full size bath) and a laundry room with washing machine, iron, iron board etc. On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms, one is extremely large with a roof terrace and air-conditioning, and the other has a fan. There is a further shower room on the second floor. The villa boasts beautiful landscaped gardens, a very large shared pool (with 9 other villas) and stunning mountain views.

Calis Beach is a 45 minute drive from Dalaman airport and only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful bay of Fethiye. The world famous Olu Denis lagoon is 10 miles away. The beach front in Calis is lined with around 60 bars and restaurants and Villa Laurenta is perfectly located only being a five minute stroll away. The Calis market is 400m from the Villa and there is also a Water Park around 150 meters away. There are Tennis Courts and and a Astroturf Football pitch situated close by. You can catch a Dulmus (the local bus) outside the Villa to Fethiye Bay (40p) or catch a Water Taxi from Calis Beach (300 m from Villa) which is extremely cheep (80p) and very enjoyable.

Most of the restaurants and bars are also closed between these dates in Calis Beach, however everything will be opened in Fethiye all year around. I can be flexible with the change over days. £100 deposit is required per week, with the full balance to be paid 10 weeks before arrival date.
