The main season is between May and the end of October, however the Villa may be available for christmas and new year bookings. The swimming pool is kept full and operational all year round, however the pool is not heated and therefore the water will be quite cool in the winter and early spring months.

Notes to the rental rates

Booking procedure: A 25% deposit of the total tariff is payable, plus a fully completed and signed booking form to secure the reservation. Final balance payment will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival at the accommodation. All reservations made within the 10 week period prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. A separate refundable security deposit of £300 will be required for all bookings.
Guests must vacate the Villa by 11am on on departure day, unless previously agreed. Online credit card payments are available via PaypaL(credit card payments may incur a surcharge)

There is a weekly cleaning & linen change service in high low & mid season. Daily refuse collection & pool clean,. sun beds with mattresses, parasosl, plus seating and tables are provided for alfresco eating. The Master bedroom has a 4 poster bed & an additional TV & DVD and stylish seating area. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and walk-in wardrobes & over bed mosquito nets, & hairdryers. The house is absolutely beautiful, the furnishings lovely, and the equipment very thoughtful and generous. We were delighted from the moment we walked in, and when we saw the pool area and view next morning, even more so. It's everything we'd hoped it would be. Thank you. We had a wonderful week at Villa Artemis, thank-you, it was everthing we had hoped it would be and more! - we loved the way you furnished, equiped and decorated the place. Simple elegence, it was perfect for us. Fuat & Nerriman could not do enough for us and they did a BBQ for us on Saturday night which was excellent. In short, we had a fab holiday.! - B. Oswald.
We were very impressed by the villa , the space, light and attention to detail in the fittings and furnishings. The location is fantastic - so peacful and picturesque. One week there was wonderful, especially after the rather hectic week of activities and mishaps.
