Comfortably sleeping six, there are three bedrooms, two en-suite. There are also two extra folding full size single beds which can be moved and used as desired. Air conditioning is provided throughout. The garden terrace and balconies have sun throughout the day and due to its elevated position has the added benefit of the cooling sea breezes. All the conveniences of home have been provided to ensure a wonderful stress free holiday for your family and your friends. Beautiful Saffron Villa is ideally located for ease of access to Kalkan village, just a fifteen minutes slow walk downhill (and a two minute taxi ride back) you will find delightful bougainvillea-draped streets with excellent restaurants, charming shops and a beautiful harbour which now has a small marina.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices include: Weekly maid service and linen change. Pool cleaned daily. Clean towels and linen (please bring your own swimming / beach towels).
• A deposit of £150 per week is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before departure. £100 returnable breakage deposit is required with final balance this will be returned 2 weeks following your return (subject to breakages). We ask all our guests not to smoke in the villa.
• The transfer from the airport is a maximum 2 hours, but you’ll find your holiday in Kalkan makes the journey well worth it. Should you wish, if you provide us with your flight details, we can arrange for a six seat air-conditioned minibus to meet you. This is a quality vehicle. The two-way transfer incurs an additional cost of £120. If your party is more than eight an additional vehicle will be required at cost. Please note that should you prefer, car hire and private taxis are also available.

Saffron Villa Accomodation

Our private modern villa is situated with clear views of the Bird and Snake islands nestled in the bay. The azure Mediterranean Sea glistens invitingly and the cooling breeze ensures your comfort. The ground floor is open-plan and features a fully fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all you will need for comfortable living. The most important item being the fridge/freezer as the majority of your cooking will, no doubt, be done on the outside barbeque. There is a separate dining area, although if like us, you enjoy your meals alfresco, we have provided chairs and tables on the terrace to complete the dining experience. The living room area is most comfortable and features satellite TV with some English channels. The three sets of French doors lead out onto the large, private tiled patio area and most importantly the 28m² swimming pool. Sun loungers, parasols are, of course, provided. The sunshine and fresh air complement the wonderful views. This is the perfect place to relax.

Saffron Villa Bedroom Accomodation

On the first floor you will find two large double en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies and sea views as well as access to the central Venetian balcony. The second floor provides access to the third smaller air-conditioned bedroom, which features twin beds. There is access to the utility room with washing machine, which could also be used as a sleeping area. The large second floor balconies provide an ideal location to sit back and enjoy the superb views of the bay and surrounding hills. Everything inside and out is spotless as we have a contract with a local reputable cleaning and maintenance company.

Getting There

Getting there couldn’t be easier. Kalkan is on the southern coast of Turkey in the history rich region of Anatolia between Feteye, Oluedeniz and Kas.
