Villa V is situated a short walk from the centre of Kalkan, a small town on the south west corner of the Turkish coast overlooking one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of the Mediterranean. Kalkan is about 1 1/2 hours drive from Dalaman airport and an hour from Olu Deniz and Fethiye. During the day Kalkan is relaxing as visitors choose to enjoy the crystal clear waters lapping the Lycian coast. If you tire of the villa’s pool then the pebbly public beach next to Kalkan’s harbour is available for swimming and sunbathing. However you choose to spend your days, no-one can resist being back in Kalkan by evening, for the variety and quality of eating places on offer is quite astonishing for such a compact town. It is ideal for exploring the ancient landmarks on The Lycian Way, medieval towns nestled in the Taurus Mountains or the beautiful local coastline. Patara beach, voted amongst one of the worlds most beautiful by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine, is just 15 minutes away.

If you don't want to cook then Kalkan’s 60 or more restaurants open up their fairy-lit gardens and roof terraces for you to dine beneath the stars. As featured in Homes Overseas Magazine, the private 40-foot pool is reputedly the longest in Kalkan. It has large surrounding terraces complete with sun lounger’s, side tables, two outdoor dining tables with chairs and shaded area. The master double bedroom is at the basement level with a large ensuite marble bathroom with bathtub and its own private garden. The two twin rooms are on the first floor, each with ensuite marble wet rooms with shower and a large balcony with sea view. All bedrooms have personal safes.

Transfers:

Transfers: We can arrange transfers for you by car or minibus depending on the size of your group. The driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to the villa. Transfer time from Dalaman Airport to Villa V is under 2 hours. Please ask for details.

Maid Service:

Maid Service includes weekly cleaning and laundry change. The pool is cleaned daily.

Car Hire:

A car is not necessary at Villa V. Taxis to and from the town are freely available and not expensive. However, if you intend to travel or visit local attractions you may wish to hire a car. This can be arranged for all or part of your stay in advance. Please ask for details.
