History: The Villa Georgina is privately owned and was newly built in 2003 It is situated in the premier square of the village overlooking the green mountains which surround it on three sides.

Location: The Villa is located in a quiet part of the village but only five minutes from Tansas (large supermarket), various shops, restaurants and bars - there really is something for everyone in Icmeler. If you fancy a change you can take a Dolmus (Bus), Taxi or even the Taxi Boat (great fun!) into Marmaris to visit the fantastic marina and designer shops and have lunch or dinner in one of the wonderful restuarants and watch the world go by. Icmeler has a weekly market every Wednesday and the market is in Marmaris on Thursday - well worth a visit where you can REALLY try out your negotiation skills!

AIR CONDITIONING CHARGE/BREAKAGES: Due to the high cost of electricity in Turkey a £300.00 deposit is required against excessive use of electric and breakages. Upon your arrival our Agent will show you the current meter reading and give you a slip confirming the meter reading, this same slip will also be a receipt for your £300.00 deposit which is to be given to them on arrival. When you depart they will again take the reading with you, the electricity usage will be calculated and this will be deducted from your deposit, the balance will be refunded to you by our Agent on your departure.

Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Georgina and had a brilliant time. The Villa was more than we could have hoped for, very luxurious and in a perfect location. It was the most relaxing holiday we've had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it :)

We had a relaxing week at Villa Georgina in July 09. The villa is in a great location - central enough to be able to walk everywhere and far enough out to be quiet and peaceful. If you don't want to walk, the dolmus route is close by.

It's located close to a wide range of local shops and restaurants.

Villa was clean and tidy on arrival and pool was cleaned daily.

Kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms too - so no queues when getting ready for a night out!

We had a fabulous time and hope to book again for next year.

7 of us hired the villa in May 2009 after visiting Icmeler a few times. By far this is the best accommodation we've stayed in, spacious, clean and friendly - we'll be back!

Perfect Holiday

Have just returned from a week's holiday at the villa and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and, in my opinion, is situated in the best part of Icmeler. 6 of us shared the villa and we never felt cramped. There are numerous restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The resort itself is great with fabulous restaurants to suit all tastes and the people are the friendliest I have come across during many years of travelling. All in all, it was a fabulous holiday and we are already checking our diaries to see when we can book the villa again!
