Villa Yunus is a private villa fully furnished to accommodate 8 people set in landscaped gardens on the Kiziltah hillside above Kalkan village with stunning views looking out over the bay of Kalkan and Mouse Island There is a barbecue area on the roof terrace and one by the pool area, both with tables and chairs by the barbecues. On the first floor of the villa there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one double bedroom with balcony shower room and WC and one twin bedroom. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with shower room and WC with french doors leading out onto the patio/pool area. The well equipped kitchen is open plan leading to dining area and lounge area. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and Lounge area. The pool area has sun loungers for eight people and parasols. The private infinity pool is approx 7m x 5m,with a depth 1.5m and built in steps and lighting for late night bathing when the weather is so hot.

Kalkan is a quiet unspoilt fishing village set on the Mediterranean coast. Relax and enjoy an evening meal in one of the many rooftop restaurants serving Turkish cuisine. Wander along the streets of the old town to the array of shops selling their Turkish wares. The local people are very friendly and helpful. The beach in Kalkan is a small pebble beach, but visit Kaputas beach a secluded cove about 5mins away or Patara beach the longest sandy beach in Turkey, which is also a nature reserve where turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. There are also beach clubs at Kishla (across the bay) and at Kalamar beach. Kalkan has a number of supermarkets, a bank with cash machines, but money exchange is available throughout the resort. There are many historical places of interest within a short distance of Kalkan.
