5 minutes walk to beach, 15 minutes to mountains. The villa is situated in Kestel, a quieter area on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan resort of Alanya on the Turkish Riviera. The small complex of nine villas share the main and childrens pool. The property enjoys a sea view with stunning views of the Taurus mountains to the rear. There are several shops, restaurants, excursion and car hire offices nearby for day to day needs. The local dolmus shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to the beach and Alanya centre (approx 50pence) or the taxi rank is a five minute walk away. The year round resort of Alanya offers something for everyone. Why not spend the day lazing on the infamous Kleopatra Beach with its beach front cafe-bars? Then, in the evening try the bars, restaurants and nightclubs overlooking the Harbour or one of the more traditional taverns in the Centre. For the bargain hunter the Bazaar is well worth a visit. Enjoy a day at Dim Cayi River - the fresh trout lunch really is superb!

  • Please forward your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost within 7 days. This will confirm your booking and constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions relating to payment. The final balance is due six weeks prior to departure (or at time of booking if departure within six weeks). A £100 per week returnable security/breakage deposit is payable with the final balance. This will be returned (subject to any breakages) within two weeks of your return. Please make any cancellation or change requests in writing. Cancellations notified to us with less than six weeks to the rental commencement date are non-refundable unless the property is subsequently re-let for the full rental period. Any refund may be pro-rated. It is a condition of booking that full insurance is taken out by all members of the party against cancellation for whatever reason. Whilst the villa is advertised as sleeping 7 (including an infant), further guests can be accommodated although this will be on the good quality folding beds supplied. Each additional guest over the stated party size of 7 people will attract an additional charge of £130 per week. Linen and towels provided however please bring your own pool towels. Facilities at the nearby Orient Palace five star hotel may be used upon request at their reception. These include the leisure complex and restaurant (approx 10 euros for all you can eat, self-serve buffet). Whilst smokers are welcome it would be appreciated if smoking was restricted to the outdoor terrace, balconies and garden. Many thanks.

Additional Services: Airport transfers can be arranged by private air conditioned car or mini bus (depending upon party size) by request. Takes around 1 hour 15 minutes. Approx cost 60 euros each way for a party of three - 20 euros per additional passenger. We are also happy to arrange flights and car hire for you should you so wish. The villa will be cleaned and linen changed prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning is available for a nominal charge. Cots and highchairs etc can be supplied upon request. A welcome pack can also be arranged if required.

General: Our English speaking representative is available to give any help or advice. A pharmacy, dentist, doctor and excellent English speaking University Hospital are all within easy reach. Mobile phones should work fine but you might wish to purchase a Turkish sim card which may make calls less expensive. Mobiles need to be unlocked for this purpose. Many of the restaurants and clubs as well as the bowling alley offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. An open-top bus operates a regular shuttle service from the Harbour to one of the most popular discos. For the golfer there are six championship courses in Belek (about a 45 minute drive) which can be pre-booked from the UK-please contact us for details.

Further Information: There is an information guide in the villa with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Included are restaurants, activities and excursions. Please feel free to add to this should you have a great meal or terrific day out that you feel others may enjoy! Your comments in our Guest Book are also very welcome. We will do our best to meet any further individual requirements you may have wherever possible - just ask us!

Other Activities: ten-pin bowling, white water rafting, aqua park, quad bikes, mini-golf, turkish bath. Two cinemas in town showing an english film each week.

Great Family Villa and Pool

My family of 6 - (2 adults 2 teenagers and two young ones) had a great holiday in May/June, the Villa was as described very spacious ideal for a family, fantastic facilities, very clean, modern and well kept.

The owner Carol was lovely had lots of contact and arranged the transfer for us when we arrived with no hassle, and while staying there if we had any queries about local places to visit etc.,

Villa had loads to do for all age ranges including extensive range of DVDs, Music & Games room, however we spent a lot of time in the Pool which was fantastic, we mainly had it to ourselves and it was cleaned every day.

If you take your time to speak to the local shop owners they are all very friendly.

At the end of the road you can get the local Dolmus (bus) into Alanya, they are great fun and very cheap to travel, taxis are also very efficient and friendly.

We would highly recommend this Villa to rent and if we return to this area of Turkey again we would be delighted to rent it again.

Brilliant, brilliant,brilliant

Having just returned from 2weeks holiday here, I felt I needed to share my thoughts. Carol was brilliant, both before & during our holiday, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a massive supply of CD's & DVD's to keep the whole family entertained. The games room proved a massive hit, especially during the height of the 40'c heat of the day. Very clean and well maintained pool, the most people in it at one time during our holiday was us! Surrounding shops and restaurants brilliant, the hut on the street does amazing takeaways, he'll carry them to your door for you on his big tray!! The bus into town is easy and very entertaining, with taxis costing very little. There are some amazing eateries in Alanya, that cater for every palette, though we tended to stick with the delicious local cuisine.Clean beach nearby.Would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing time with family or friends, though I would probably not opt for June/July again as it is so hot and we didn't benefit from the numerous things around us that could've been explored.

What more could you want?

As the mum in a family of five, which includes two teenage sons, choosing a holiday venue which suits everyone is easier said than done. This holiday turned out to be very successful mainly down to the property choice. The villa was extremely spacious with the basement housing a large games area where the kids spent quite a bit of time. It was also extremely well equipped ( never before have I come across enough toilet rolls to last a month!) -in fact there was nothing I could think of, that it lacked.Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner went out of her way to ensure our experience ran smoothly. She looked for flight options and organised airport transfers and welcome packs-in fact couldn't have been more helpful! We were holidaying in the October break which also proved to be a perfect temperature and the communal pool was virtually "our own" as there were very few other villas occupied. The property is situated only a short distance from the local buses to Alanya which are very frequent and cheap. We did hire a car for a day to take the boys go-karting and to explore the Turkish terrain-the scenery was quite breathtaking. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and as it was cheap to eat out I didn't do any cooking (and that's a first!) Our favourite restaurant was "Villa Okan" in Alanya but we also stumbled across a true "Turkish Delight" in the form of "Cafe Sahin" up the Green Canyon. You'll never taste fish like it!-Absolutely delicious. The beach was also close but we preferred the privacy of the pool or balconies. A truly relaxing break, highly recommended.

This Villa is every bit as good as it looks

The villa certainly met with our expectations, and was clean and tidy. Everything we required was easy to find and within a day it was like home from home. The boys loved the games room.
We had the pool pretty much to ourselves while there so it was like having a huge private pool.
We went on a couple of trips through Emin. The first being the Turkish bath. Mixed views on this one. I think that maybe it's a girl thing?
The other trip was the boat trip. This was better than expected. The food was superb. Stopping off to cool down in the sea every so often was perfect, and the young lads basketball and dancing acts were great, as was the high diving displays.
We found the shop opposite supplied us with nearly everything we needed - the bread is lovely fresh every day.The shop owner was always most helpful. The Hotel had disco/club music in the evenings but it never disturbed us and it was so nice to sleep in a villa that was beautifully quiet at night.
On the first two days we played safe going to restaurants that catered for the European masses. On the third day we broke out and found proper Turkish food - delicious! In Alanya we found a restaurant where the service and food was truly fantastic. The waiter introduced us to Turkish food by advising us on a meal to share (charging us for 4 and not for 5 because there was loads). There was not one bad meal served even though we didn't always understand what we were having. Anyway, the bit you need to know is the name and address - Oz Adana - I have left some cards at the villa as I can not give the details in this review. Nearer to the villa, the other great place is The Blues - BUT ask them to cook something Turkish for you (take the gamble) it is so good!
The odd looking shack in the street does a lovely Kebab – Very tasty snack.
Once we'd found our Turkish feet it changed a good holiday into an authentic fantastic one! The people are friendly and helpful. We learnt how to say "thank you" in Turkish and that seemed to go down well. The villa was perfect and just as described. The owner, Carol, couldn’t have been more helpful before, during, and after the holiday. Yes, we would recommend the villa and yes we will go again but next time we’ll try during half-term so we could get out and explore more without being mad dogs and Englishmen in that summer mid-day sun!! Thanks Carol for making our trip to Turkey so memorable and stress free.
