It is built to a very high standard and tastefully decorated in contemporary décor with much attention to detail. This excellent villa is fully air-conditioned. The spacious accommodation is all on one level, with a large open plan living and dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen. It has a private garden with a lit up pool and the south facing terrace which has a built in BBQ makes it ideal for alfresco dining, sunset BBQ and a dip under the stars. The villa is located in the luxury development of Oasis Village with beautifully landscaped communal areas. And there are plenty of free on-site facilities. Oasis Village is surrounded by protected woodlands and green fields, with lovely views of distant mountains and within walking distant to the beach. A perfectly idyllic place to chill out and enjoy your holiday in the sun.

Oasis Village is located in Yaniklar, 45 kilometers from Dalaman airport. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by protected forests, green fields with lovely views of distant mountains. It is ideally situated to explore some of the most beautiful parts of the Turquoise coast, such as the much photographed Oludeniz (the blue lagoon) which has calm crystal clear water; the trendy yachting centre of Gocek; Calis which is famous for its sunsets and the historical sites of the ancient ruins at Kayakoy. Fethiye, a lively Turkish market town which has a splendid harbour and promenade is just 20 minutes drive away. You will find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Turkish food, shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, a fish market and stores selling local produces of fresh vegetables, lemons, oranges, tomatoes, lots of herbs and spices. Oasis Village is just 5 minutes drive away from the beach in Yaniklar. The views are lovely there and the beach is not crowded.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The weekly letting periods are from Mondays to Mondays or from Fridays to Fridays. The rental period commences at 4.00 p.m. on the first day and finishes at 10 a.m. on the last day. If you are arriving early or wish to depart after 11a.m, please let us know in advance and we would try to accommodate your requirements. A small supplement charge may have to be paid for the extended time of staying at the villa. From June to September minimum 1 week let. Outside the high season, change over date and rental period can be flexible. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required upon booking. A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable to cover breakages etc with the balance of the rent, due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Our rental rates are inclusive of water, electricity, air conditioning, linen and towels but not beach towels.
  • We are happy to assist you by arranging a pick up service for your party at the airport to the villa. You will find that having your own car is the most easiest way to go around without any hassle as the roads in that part of Turkey is quite straight forward. We can recommend a low budget car hire company to you, if needed.

Notes: You can enjoy a host of on site facilities right at your door steps at Oasis Village. There is a large indoor heated pool and an outdoor communal swimming pool both with pool side bar; a well equipped gym; a sauna; mini golf; tennis courts (tennis rackets can be borrowed from the shop), a small grocery shop and a restaurant. There is 24-hour on site security. Sun loungers and garden furniture are provided on the private terrace. The villa has its own private parking space outside its front door. There is external lighting which comes on automatically outside the front entrance. The villa is a no smoking zone and smoking is not allowed indoors. A safe is also provided in the villa.

Great villa, beautiful area, friendly people

2 week holiday in early July 2009 with my husband and son, both advanced scuba divers. This was the ideal property for us - spacious, comfortable and private with all the luxuries we enjoy, private pool and air conditioning. The owner could not be more helpful; she provided advice on local shops, where to park in Fethiye, ATMs,etc. The staff at Oasis Village were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was surprisingly good. A car helps you get the most from the area as the location is very rural but a taxi was always available and there is a dolmus from the site and pick-ups for boat trips or for diving can also be arranged. There were several restaurants within a 10 minute drive - we liked the one on the road to the Majesty Tuana hotel - and many more at Calis Beach (15 minute drive) and Fethiye (20 mins). Fethiye also has very good shopping, including locally made jewellery. The popular Olu Deniz and Koya Village were about 45 minutes away by car. The best beaches were back towards Dalaman - about 10-15 minutes by car - any turning on the left after the bridge between Yaniklar and Gocek. The coastline is spectacular here with wooded cliffs into the turquoise sea dotted with islands.
Overall, a fabulous relaxing holiday in gorgeous surroundings - both the natural scenery and the villa.
