Our villa is located within a complex on the popular Mediterranean coast along the Turkish Riviera, which boasts golden sands beaches. Alanya centrum (centre) is the hub of activity and is only 10 minutes bus ride away. With its abundance of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes providing entertainment until the early hours. The harbour area has bars by day and open air clubs by night where you can dance the night away. Meals are priced very reasonably in Alanya. The shopping bazaars offer you the chance to practice your haggling technique - you can always find a bargain in Turkey. If you want to dine in the hills some of the restaurants and excursion centres offer a free pick up and drop off service on request. There are regular bus services in and out of Alanya so a car is not always necessary. The villa provides the best in luxury holiday accommodation and promises to be a holiday to remember.

Notes: A Welcome Pack is provided consisting of water, soft drinks, milk, bread and bread. There is a terrace ajoining the lounge/ dining area with outdoor dining table and chairs, which is shaded from the hot summer sunshine for you to enjoy your outdoor meals. Although we allow smokers to visit our villa we have a NO Smoking policy within the villa. you may smoke on the terraces and ashtrays are provided. There are several bins within the complex, therefore please do not litter the pathways with cigarette butts. There is a short uphill walk to the communal swimming pool and games room and gym. PLEASE NOTE that the wireless internet access is available in the complex library situated near the gym. Start your holiday with a relaxing Turkish Bath that is also situated near the Gym. We have tried to provide many home comforts but appreciate your comments and feedback so that we can continue to improve our service.

Airport Transfers and Car Hire: Airport transfers can be organised by us on request. The price will be confirmed at the time of enquiry and is dependant upon how many passengers there are. Car hire can also be arranged by us on request and we aim to find you the best possible price for this.

Access to the villa and Welcome Pack: When you make a booking you will be informed of how you will gain access to the keys to the villa. On your arrival there will be water, milk, marg, bread and cola available in the villa which has been provided by the previous guest. Please leave the same for the next guest. In the Villa is our information pack which contains all of the information about the Villa which we think you will need. This includes all of the appliance instructions within the Villa. There is also a guest book for you to log your visit and some leaflets about the surrounding area and places of interest to visit. Please feel free to add to this if you feel another guest may enjoy an attraction you find.

Villa Information and booking procedure: When you make an enquiry you will receive our booking information. Payment by bank transfer is preferable. In addition you will be sent additional information regarding the villa and its contents. Our villa is also our home and has numerous home comforts which we ask our guests to respect.

This property was perfect for us, a group of 5. The villa is of a high standard with all amenities and mod. cons a real home from home. The owners leave towels, beach towels, DVDs, books etc. There is every item of kitchen equipment you could want incl. juicer and coffee perculator. Full air conditioning and a balcony facing every direction.The pool complex is good although a walk up a steep hill. Behing the swimming pool is the Turkish bath, a must for anyone visiting Turkey. This was a fantastic experience and great at the begining of you holiday.
Be prepared for hills around the complex to walk out but not too bad. we walked to the village of Oba and to the beach both about 15 mins walk. Buses into Alanya central are very frequent and only 1 TL.
we ate out in resturants in Oba and also cooked in very easily and had barbeques on the balcony of villa. Taxis from supermarket Kipa only 6TL. Need to make your own entertainment and activities. A very relaxing holiday.

We had great time and what a location you can walk to beach ,pool as well as shopping center.I coudnt ask more .Thanks to Andrea she thought about everything lots of family games for rainy day ..... I do reccomend her place everybody you wont be dissapointed.

We spent 10 days at the villa from 5th to15th May 2009 (never been to Turkey before )everything about the villa was excellent it was exactly what we wanted ,clean,well maintained good customer service from the owners what more could you want . The complex was quiet with beautiful well maintained gardens and lovely pool and we felt secure and safe . The villa had every amenity you need to feel at home .Although alot of buildings around the views of the mountains made up for it . the supermarket is a 5min. walk away and the beach 15 min.walk away (Good exercise ) loads of good restaurants near by we loved the idea some restaurants we went to would pick you up and take you back without extra charges,lovely people and genuine and the prices were very reasonable ,wine a bit expensive but you cant have everything .We met some of the other owners all very friendly and very willing to show you around .If you go on a boat trip from the harbour only go on the short ones (1to2hrs) longer one boring . There is plenty to see and do in Alanya and beautiful scenery ,I would recommend this to anyone .We were that impressed we are buying a property on the same complex .

Great Villa.

Everything you could want and more.

Clean and equipped to very high standard.

Pool excellent.

Complex very secure and quiet when we were there at the end of May.
