Kalkan - Kas area holiday villa: Kas

Our holiday was absolutely wonderful. The villa looked fantastic from the photos but in reality it was even more special. Everything is provided which you could possibly need and to an excellent standard. For working parents who want luxury, beautiful views and pure relaxation, you have just hit the jackpot! There are lots of sun shades, beds to lie on and admire the view, a fully fitted kitchen with every piece of equipment you could need and a large bar-b-que. In the evening, we cooked on the bar-b- que and watched the sun setting and dinking wine.Heaven! Our children (aged 7 and 13) spent hours playing in the fab infinity swimming pool in constant sunshine. During the day we walked to the sea and went snorkelling which was really clear and so warm! The kids loved doing this and we found pipe fish, families of squid and lots of brightly coloured fish. Terry made everything stress-free by organising our transport from the airport and a car for the two weeks. Ahan greeted us with a welcome pack and brought us fresh bread every day. It was great to know we had someone local to help direct us with what ever we needed. We will certainly be returning and cannot recommend this villa to you highly enough. Thank you Terry for making it a perfect family holiday.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Mimosa. The villa is gorgeous, spacious, with beautiful furnishings, and very relaxing. The 'welcome' pack of food provided when we arrived was very welcome, as our flight was delayed. The little touches in the villa were unexpected (like a torch, umbrella, luggage scales!) but very useful. There was plenty of information about the area, and Terry (the owner) also provided lots of information and recommendations before we went, so that we could make the most of our week there. The pool has sun all day, and the poolside barbecue and eating area was used on a number of evenings. The local restaurant, Acropol, was a favourite of ours, and there are plenty of lovely places to eat in Kas. Kas is very pretty, as is Kalkan, and we were able to get around easily with the hire car. We also had a great day out on a boat trip to the sunken city, with lots of stops for swimming in the sea. There was lots more we could have done if we had more time (diving, trekking, paragliding), so we will definitely be going back again to Villa Mimosa.

The villa is such a pleasure to stay in- beautifully designed and surrounded by a lovely garden, scented and blossoming. There are many places to sit to enjoy the astonishing views and the most super infinity swimming pool to lie in and watch passing yachts.  All details of the villa were accurate and everything well looked after.We would without doubt recommend this property.Kas is a wonderful place - we loved the Friday market, the variety of excellent value restaurants serving delicious fresh food, the amphitheatre and of course, the shopping!!But very locally to the villa too, we found an array of good places to walk to to eat.The trip to Meis was memorable when by chance we swam with a turtle! We also loved hiring a boat from Ucagiz and swimming in the turquoise sea. Really all a huge success and with 4 teenagers in the party everyone was happy - what an achievement!!
