Kalkan is a beautiful, unspoilt, sophisticated village set in the heart of the old Lycian region. There are many historic sires in the area including Xanthos, Letoon, Patara and Tios. The village itself consists of winding cobbled streets with small local shops and an array of roof top restaurants leading down to the harbour. there are two spectacular beaches a short drive away. Patara beach is a white sandy beach 18km long and described as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Med. Kaputas is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear water.

The first floor consists of a very large master bedroom with balcony and also has a large separate dressing room with balcony. Off the dressing room lies the en-suite with bath. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, both with separate balconies and a shared bathroom. The third floor consists of a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom and this room also has its own balcony. All balconies are south facing.
