Cedar Villa, just 50 yards from the Mediterranean sea, is beautifully located to provide you with a wonderful holiday. You get an uninterrupted, panoramic seaview of the Bay of Kalkan, with spectacular sunsets over the mountains. You get a private swimming pool, rock garden and a large veranda/terrace furnished with sunbeds, chairs and table. There is ample cover so you can enjoy al fresco eating. A built-in BBQ supplements the fully equipped kitchen and also included are satellite TV, CD, DVD, Playstation3, a washing machine and a weekly cleaning/laundry service. Each bedroom has its own balcony/terrace and air-con. There are two Beach Clubs within 250 yards, one providing family fun, a beach and boat trips, the other offering sunbeds on the rocks with access to the sea and a fabulous bar/restaurant. In the evening, you can enjoy a romantic meal at a table set on the rocks with the sea lapping a few feet away.

Cedar Villa is situated in Kisla, offering peace and privacy in a romantic setting with breathtaking scenery. A short boat ride or a five minute drive or taxi ride will take you to Kalkan, a picturesque harbour town with narrow, cobbled streets packed with fascinating shops (rugs, clothes, antiques, jewellery, ceramics etc), bars and cafes. At night Kalkan comes to life, with its high quality restaurants, many at roof terrace level, with stunning views. Kalkan has its own small beach by the harbour. Kaputas, a lovely sandy beach at the foot of a ravine, is 8 minutes away by car and Patara beach, the second longest in the world, is 15 minutes drive away. Kalkan is set in an area steeped in history, with many ancient sites nearby. These include Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara. A trip up to the mountains behind Kalkan will take your breath away. Kalkan and the area offer lots of watersports, including water-skiing, snorkelling and diving. Activities and trips are easily arranged.

Fabulous holiday, beautiful villa, wonderful position
Mahal Beach Club is a nice place to spend the day, swimming, nice bar, lovely food
All restaurants were good, did not have a bad meal in Kalkan.

We’ve had a fantastic 2 weeks and I’m sure we’ll return. Villa and location superb
Highlights: boat trip to Kekova, subaqua diving in the bay. Restaurants are great.

The villa was lovely, well maintained by Mehmet and his team. Had lovely meals out in Kalkan.

We have had a wonderful holiday at your beautiful villa. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Variety of good restaurants. Enjoyed Sakklikent Gorge, canoeing Xanthos river, mud bath, fabulous Patara Beach. Villa is lovely and views are breathtaking. We had a brilliant time.

What a beautiful setting for your villa, we loved every second.
Water Skiing, snorkeling, swimming and getting around on scooters.

Top Spot! This is a place to do as much or as little as you like.

We have had a great time at Cedar Villa.

Beautiful villa with excellent furnishings

We've just returned from Turkey and I just had to write to say how fantastic your villa is and what a lovely holiday we had. The views were just amazing, and we were so relaxed for the two weeks that we hardly left the villa!

What really stood out apart from the position of the villa was how everything inside and out was of such excellent quality, all the decoration and furnishings and the kitchen equipment and garden furniture. It was a real pleasure to stay in your beautiful villa!

The photos and descriptions of the villa/location/etc were completely accurate and in fact the views were even more beautiful than expected. It was lovely to be able to walk (5-10 minutes) to buy bread, milk, fruit and basis groceries from local stores, but with a choice of three larger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. You could walk to a few local restaurants or have a larger choice just 5 minutes' drive away.

I would highly recommend this property.

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen und perfekt ausgestatteten Villa einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Mehmet, der das Haus betreut, war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es zwei abendlich Stromausfälle und nur selten warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und planen jetzt schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Cedar Villa. Für unsere Kinder waren die vielen freundlichen Katzen, die auf die Terrasse kamen, eine große Attraktion. Die einzigartigen Sandstrände von Patara und Kaputas sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Strand in der Nähe des Hauses ist eine kleine Kieselbucht, in der es sich zu schnorcheln lohnt. Da es sich um ein Selbstverpflegerdomizil handelt, ist ein Mietwagen wirklich nötig, denn es gibt in direkter Nähe weder Geschäfte noch Restaurants.
Und die interessanten griechischen und römischen Ruinen , z. B. in Patara, sind so in knapp einer halben Stunde zu erreichen.
