Villa Yasmina, above the picturesque harbour town of Kalkan, is beautifully located to provide you with a wonderful holiday. From the pool deck and from the roof terrace, fully equipped with Ottoman seating area, you get a stunning, panoramic seaview of the Bay of Kalkan, with spectacular sunsets. You get a private swimming pool, garden and a large terrace furnished with sunbeds, chairs and table. There is ample cover so that you can enjoy al fresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. A BBQ supplements the well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have their own balcony and all three have air-conditioning. Also included are satellite TV, CD/Stereo system, DVD and XBox and there is a weekly cleaning and laundry service. The town, harbour and local beach are within walking distance.

Villa Yasmina is situated in the hills above Kalkan, offering breathtaking scenery. A short stroll or taxi ride will take you to Kalkan, a picturesque harbour town with narrow, cobbled streets packed with fascinating shops (rugs, clothes, antiques, jewellery, ceramics etc), bars and cafes. At night Kalkan comes to life, with its high quality restaurants, many at roof terrace level, with stunning sea views. Kalkan has its own small pebble beach by the harbour. Kaputas, a lovely sandy beach at the foot of a ravine, is 10 minutes away by car and Patara beach which, at 12 miles, is the second longest in the world, is 15 minutes drive away. Kalkan is set in an area steeped in history, with many ancient sites nearby. These include Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara. A simple trip up to the mountains behind Kalkan will take your breath away. For the more active, Kalkan and the area offers lots of water sports as well as snorkeling and excellent diving.

Guest Review: Have had a brilliant two weeks here. Kalkan is beautiful and the people have been so helpful and friendly. Children loved Kalkan Beach Club, esp water slide. All restaurants were great. Couldn’t thank Mehmet enough for all his kindness and help.

Guest Review: A lovely villa with great views. Hard to get a bad meal in Kalkan. Loved Kalamar Beach Club. Kalkan Beach Club and Samira Hotel, especially kids Thanks to Mehmet for all his help, ask him for anything you need, he is always really helpful.

A beautiful villa with stunning views and everything we wanted.
Enjoyed Kalkan very much.
Thanks to Mehmet for all help.
Very much enjoyed a lazy holiday, mostly spent by the pool during the day and Kalkan restaurants/bars at night.
