The Villa is part of a small complex of similar properties, has 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin) and sleeps up to 8 people. It was newly completed and fully furnished in a modern style for the 2006 season. It has a large, secure, private garden with sun terrace, BBQ and dining area and is literally a stones throw away from the very large shared pool (which also includes a baby splash-pool). The Villa is fully equipped with wide screen satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, Quality HiFi with MP3, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, and 4 ring electric hob and fan-assisted oven. The complex boasts beautiful panoramic mountain views, has 24x7 security and is fully landscaped. The resorts of Olu Deniz, Hisaranu and Fethiye are a short dolmus (local mini bus) ride away. Situated between the three very different resorts of Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, the Villa is ideally located to allow you to sample all three. Each is just a short dolmus (local mini bus) or taxi ride away. The dolmus (pronounced dol-mush) runs every few minutes throughout the day & night. They stop where-ever they see someone waiting at the roadside - just stick out an arm! – and so you can jump on immediately outside of 'The Village' complex. If you prefer to use a taxi, there is a rank just outside of The Village.

Family Holiday to Olu Deniz

One word 'Fantastic', the villa was absolutley superb, could not find any fault with the property at all, everything was as described and surpassed our expectations.
There were 8 of us who travelled, myself, my wife and our 11 month old also our friends and there family and there was plenty of room for all of us.
The villa has been very well equipped and is very child friendly, the garden is big enough for the children to run around and play and the views from all around the villa are stunning.
The pool is beautiful and most days when we were by the pool we were the only ones there and it is literally a stones through from the villa so is ideal if you need to keep popping in and out.
It is also situated ideally, it is not far from any of the main places to visit, Hisoranu is 10 mins walk or 5 mins in a dolmus, Fetihye is 10 mins in a car and Olu deniz the same, all of which are really nice places that have plenty to see and do and the beaches at Olu Deniz are wonderful, i wasn't to struck on the blue lagoon itself, it was very busy and not as stunning close up as the postcards suggest.
One other thing that i was a bit dissapointed with is that it isn't very cheap anymore, neither the supermarkets nor when eating out were as cheap as they used to be, to be honest not much cheaper than here at all, but this shouldn't put you off as it is worth every penny.
The owner of the villa is brilliant she has been fantastic in her help to us and very friendly, i would recommend a holiday for any family here and hopefully i will go back in the not to distant future.

Family Holiday July 2009 - Excellent!

I could not fault the villa in the slightest - if anything the owners had played down how fabulous it was! We had the most relaxing holiday as the villa is well equipped, comfortable and a real home from home. All ages are catered for from babies to oldies as there is something for everyone. The villa was immaculately kept, the pool literally a stones throw from the front door, and the hammock was a definite hit!
Ovacik is a relatively small town but has a good little supermarket and a few cafe bars and restaurants.
The Dolmus is easily accessible at the top of the complex and is 5 mins from Hisaranou, 10-15 from Olu Deniz and its fantastic beach, and around 15-20 mins from Fethiye.
I would most certainly recommend this villa to my friends and I hope to re-book for next year!
Many thanks to Mel for all her help - she was an absolute star! She sorted all our transfers to the villa and answered many a stupid question from me as having never been to Turkey didn't know what to expect!
You will not be disappointed if you book a holiday at Villa Kiraz - we loved it!

Family Holiday to Villa Kiraz

We travelled late September 08, early October there were 8 (5 adults, 3 children) plus a baby. The owners were very accomodating and the villa was very well equiped with everything we needed to entertrain the children and ourselves. The pool has a beautiful backdrop and was very relaxed, friendly and well maintained. The local area has so much to offer with a choice of 4 locations (Ovacik, Fethiye, Oludeniz and hissarano) we were spoilt for choice esspecially as each area has such a different vibe dont think one could ever get bored! I am booked to go again in 2009 and i always recommend to friends. x

October bliss

This was a great holiday. The villa is nicely appointed and located quite perfectly on this small estate. Being right opposite the pool made it easy for us to swim (although in mid-October, that wasn’t as pleasurably an experience as it would have been slightly earlier in the year) and to relax with our books on the pool-terrace. The villa also backs onto the open land and great views (both back and front) of the mountains and valleys. The terrace at the back of the villa gave us privacy, good views and somewhere to eat (and just one night – to barbecue).

The house itself has a lovely lounge/dining area overlooked by the well equipped kitchen. I suspect that for much of the year the dining would be done outside, but we used it occasionally to eat indoors. But with so many local eating establishments – both areas might remain unused!

We found (there were four of us – two married couples) that the two bathrooms and three bedrooms were perfectly adequate for our needs and looked forward each day to coming home to relax after long days in Fethiye & Oludeniz. On the day it rained (remember, this was October) we stayed in and found the villa both big enough and comfortable enough to accommodate us.

Getting to the two local towns, Fethiye & Oludeniz, couldn’t be easier with Dolmush’s regularly running by the park exit.

Thanks for providing us with the means of a great holiday. We’ll come again.

Home From Home On Fantastic Holidays!

Having been to villa Kiraz a couple of times, I can't wait to get back there again in a few months time. This really is my favourite holiday spot, the villa's hosts are really friendly and helpful, they really go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic holiday from arranging collection at airport, giving you lots of local information, flight advice etc. They have put a huge amount of effort into the villa it's self to make it a home from home rather than just a holiday let. Stylishly furnished it has all mod cons, baby equipement which was a life saver, an outside bbq in stunning gardens with quality wooden garden furniture. All perfect for a sunlounger like me who is happy to potter around and relax in the sun most days. The pool and pool area are great, the hosts kindly provide sun loungers and pool toys. The setting is beautiful, it's peaceful with awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Fun, delicious food, cocktails, sea and sand are not too far away, there is something for everyone - the beauty of this is you can go for a romantic trip, a family holiday for all ages, a girl's holiday...... The local dolmus service is frequent, inexpensive and reliable and there is a stop just outside the villa complex. A short ride away to a huge variety of activities be it shopping, snacks, fine dining in Olu Deniz, markets, boat trips, sightseeing, a day at the beach - I personally couldn't ask for more which is why I will be back again, again and again to this treasure........
