Delightful detached villa in private secure garden with large pool. Situated in a peaceful and romantic spot yet only 5min in the Dolmus (local bus) to the beautiful beach of Olu Deniz with its numerous watersports and chill out areas, and of course the famous Mediterranean Blue Lagoon. The market town of Fetihye is also close by in the Dolmus and the resort of Hirosonu is within easy walking distance. The villa is tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style bringing you delightful settings with every comfort, perfect for that special holiday for 2 to 8 people. There are 3 double bedrooms and a fourth double with twins, and all are furnished to a high spec. The villa is fully equipped with flat screen TV and satellite, DVD, hifi , dishwasher, washing machine, f/freezer and full oven; and all rooms are fully air conditioned, (also heated for those out of season evenings). There are two main outside terraces and the pool and sun terrace enjoys the sun from morning to night.

Nearest Airport: Dalaman at 55 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Fetihye at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres

The villa is situated in the Ovacik green forest region which is simply stunning. Within a 2 min walk you can pick up the Dolmus to the beach and lagoon just down the hill (walking for the more energetic) where you will find all the water sports etc and enjoy at the end of the day the famous sunset from a chill out bar on the beach. The blue lagoon has a choice of wonderful beach clubs for use and these are very peaceful and offer safe bathing. Fetihye market town is 10 mins by Dolmus and offers everything including a wonderful Tuesday market, here you can walk around the harbour and choose many different boat trips or restaurants and for those who enjoy fish, the fish market where you can choose and pay for your fish and they will cook it for you. Also close by to the villa and within walking distance is the village of Hirisonu with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. A special treat is Kaya village (ghost town) where you can visit the locals and enjoy their pancakes and BBQ.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices include transfer to and from the airport to a maximum of 6 people.
    If more than 6 people we can arrange the transfers but at an extra cost of £70 return.
    Also if there are 8 people there will be added a supplement for extra linen ,cleaning etc.
    Therefore the first week supplement for the 8 people will be 190 pounds and this will include the airport transfer, however if the holiday duration is two weeks the total supplement will be 250 pounds fully inclusive of transfers and extra clening and linen etc etc.
    Prices are fully inclusive and the only thing we ask you to bring is your beach towels.
  • Cleaning maid service is on a weekly basis but can be more frequent if you so desire at an agreed extra cost at the time of the booking.
    The pool is cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.

  • Both of the top floor double bedrooms open up onto a veranda overlooking the hills and the pool, a great way to start your day. Because the location offers clean unpolluted air you will enjoy a great sleep and it is only a few weeks in the year that you will need the air con as you can get a cooling breeze helping you to sleep. We have recently added a large sofa to the terrace which adds extra comfort for those lazy chill out times.

Notes: The villa as a fully equipped kitchen off of which is a small breakfast veranda. There are many windows all over the property so there is plenty of light. The main outside terrace overlooking the pool is covered by a roof so offers some shade and is always great to enjoy Al Fresco dining from morning to night and recently added a large relaxing sofa in the Turkish style. We have installed a duel satellite system giving lots of channels of which there are around 12-15 English including two movie channels and all the news channels.

Spent two and a half weeks here - villa is very well equiped and in a superb location. A 10 minute walk from about 75 bars and restaurants but in a very peaceful area.
We had a hire car but we used the frequent (and very close) Dolmus services.
Pool was great - sun from 8:00 in the morning 'til 7:45 in the evening but with a superb balcony for sitting in the shade when required.
Lots of trips can be booked in town, we did the best jeep safari ever and the Dalyan and 12 Islands trips - all very good and excellent value for money (but shop around to get the best deal)
Highly recommended - didn't want to go home
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Mfriends and I stayed at the villa in June 2009 we had a fantastic holiday the pictures dont do the villa justice the owner and the local people who look after the villa are so helpfull nothing is to much trouble I would recommend this villa to all my friends and family as long as they agree to take me with them

Our holiday was excellent.. The accomodation was of an excellent standard . Its positioning was perfect . A short walk into Hisaranou but private enough to be very relaxing. Hisaranou was an excellent place to eat out with so many restaurants .The pool was excellent.

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would recommend Hisaranou.
