3-Bed, Beach Front Penthouse, Golf, Walking, Cycling, Relax & Unwind

Millennium Quay is a spacious, beach front Penthouse, with spectacular views overlooking the Millennium Coastal Path & the Gower peninsular. Split-level accommodation provides ample space for families or groups of friends. Upstairs is a light & airy living area with designer fitted kitchen. From here you have access onto 2 large terraces running the whole length of the apartment. One faces out to sea while the other looks onto the town of Llanelli. Both are equipped with garden furniture. There is a large 42' flat-screen Digital TV, full wi-fi, DAB digital radio, I Pod Dock, Play Station 2 with a selection of games, & large comfy leather sofa & solid ash dining table to seat six in comfort. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Downstairs are 3-bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with en-suite & has its own private balcony. The second has a double bed & third has two full size single beds. The family bathroom has large bath with overhead power shower.

WOW! what can i say, 100% WOW,

we turned up after a horrid drive in the snow to find we were knocking on the wrong buildings door to get in, so we rang the owner and he helped us out, he was great and so helpful.

5*** all the way

Very clean

Bit of a hike up 3 floors but well worth it

Wish i could go back

i cant say anymore - it was like a dream!

Welsh retreat

Great Penthouse location, accurately described, spacious, clean and tidy, dual aspect with fabulous seaviews and more balconies than you could ever wish for!
Michelle has thought of just about everything and the coffee and walnut cake was a nice touch!
We would definitely recommend a stay here to our friends and family without question.
We spent the days touring around the Gower, fantastic walks along stunning beaches, and a great cycle path along the beachfront, the evenings we spent relaxing watching the world go by on the balcony with a couple of beers and a glass of wine! Great, relaxing holiday.

Our only disappointment was the Millenium quay cafe, you can't get a view from the top floor and we felt that £9.00 for two drinks and two cakes was a bit steep.
Although we did have a great day at the Wetlands Trust just along the coast from where we stayed which made up for it!

We'll be back sometime soon.
