Millennium Quay is a spacious, beach front Penthouse, with spectacular views overlooking the Millennium Coastal Path & the Gower peninsular. Split-level accommodation provides ample space for families or groups of friends. Upstairs is a light & airy living area with designer fitted kitchen. From here you have access onto 2 large terraces running the whole length of the apartment. One faces out to sea while the other looks onto the town of Llanelli. Both are equipped with garden furniture & a barbecue. There is a large flat screen TV, Internet access, DVD/VCR, DAB digital radio, PlayStation 2 with a selection of games, & large comfy leather sofa & solid ash dining table to seat six in comfort. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Downstairs are 3-bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with en-suite & has its own private balcony. The second has a double bed & third has two full size single beds. The family bathroom has large bath with overhead power shower.

2-miles from the apartment is the award winning Machynys Peninsula Golf Club with health spa, brasserie and fantastic restaurant. Ashburnham is one of the finest & oldest golf courses in Wales - located close to the Bury Estuary & Worm's Head with fine views over Carmarthen Bay. Garnant Park, with its superb USGA greens & very challenging greens Glyn Abbey Golf Club, renowned for being the best technical layout in the whole of Soth Wales. Carmarthen Golf Club - un-dulating parkland and is a good test of golf.
