Cottage details
The cottage set in peaceful private surroundings with beautiful expansive views in its own grounds of 5 acres with fenced gardens, lawns and a large parking area. A large beamed lounge with wood burning stove in the stone fireplace, providing a cosy comfortable room, fitted beamed well equipped kitchen & conservatory. There is also a ground floor bedroom (in large hall) and bathroom. Electricity and central heating is by meter. The River Wye runs alongside the small market town of Builth Wells. There are various walks in the area. Golfing, fishing, swimming, sports hall, cinema, arts centre, Cycle hire at Builth Wells. Elan Valley Dams some 14 miles also Red Kite feeding area, .Brecon 20 miles to the south. Ideal Birdwatching and Mountain Biking country. A few friendly sheep are kept in adjacent fields.
