Accommodation-downstairs: On entering the cottage through the front door you will find yourself in a large living room/dining room, with wooden floors and original beams through out. The living area is to the right of the front door and has a 3 piece suite, coffee tables, television with free sat, DVD player and video player with videos for your use. There is a large,18th century ingle nook fireplace complete with original bread oven. To the left of the front door is the dining area complete with large extending mahogany table and chairs and a bookcase filled with books and games for your enjoyment. From this room there are French doors leading to the well equipped kitchen comprising of gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower. Outside there is a small courtyard with patio table and four chairs with parasol. There is also a small shed with plenty of toys, games equipment and buckets and spades for the beach.

Accommodation -upstairs: Upstairs consists of two bedrooms both set in the roof with sloping ceilings and original exposed beams. The first bedroom is a double with built in wardrobe and bedside cabinets with lamps on both sides. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and dressing table and bedside lamps. This room also has a sofa bed. The second bathroom is situated next door to this bedroom.
