Plasnewydd Hideaway is a quaint self catering Cottage set in 32 acres of rolling countryside on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. For the exclusive use of the cottage there is a 30ft x 15ft private indoor pool with Sauna and Spa Jacuzzi to seat eight. This tranquil retreat also has a fishing lake within the grounds, snooker on a 3/4 sized table, WIFI and sky TV.

Internally Plasnewydd Hideaway has a wood burner stove in the galleried lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with Rayburn stove, a dining room, four good sized double bedrooms and a large wooden conservatory overlooking the lake and hillside offering great views of the amazing bird life. The cottage has a safe enclosed garden for children and a large decked area coming off the conservatory overlooking the lake.

  • A security deposit of £100.00 is required and is returned upon safe return of the property. Plasnewydd must be vacated by 10am on the departure date, the house must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish placed in black bin bags and left at the end of the drive in the wheelie bins.. Please observe the notices about pool covers and pool safety. Plasnewydd is available from 4.30pm on the arrival date.

We had a great time the weather was fantastic the pool and jacuzzi were nice and warm and we visited loads of places again.

What a fab place!

What a fab place, it did not matter that it rained! The views are stunning Ty the dog was in his element he crashed and burned by thursday and needed a day of recovery. It was home from home with extras!
The girls loved the pool - anytime, we all had a lovely week just wish it was longer.
There's so much more to do - we need to come back again soon!

WoW!

What a fabulous place, not only was the weather kind, but we swam, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The kids were well occupied, if not swimming in the pool then running around the fields or exploring the local castles. As for us, we lazed in the jacuzzi and sauna, BBQ'd and generally relaxed, with the occaisional game of rounders thrown in.
The house is charming, warm and welcoming and the scenery fantastic.
We'll definately be back
