Brecon Beacons Historic Mansion and Coach House
Plas Glansevin Mansion is a Georgian listed building set in 10 acres of grounds, 3 hours from Heathrow yet in one of the most beautiful parts of the country – the foothills of the Brecon Beacons. The mansion has been carefully renovated, sleeping 34/39 with most bedrooms en suite. It’s a building of great character, ideal for large groups with something to celebrate. The swimming pool, sauna and putting green complement the historical features, and all around are castles and waterfalls, inspirational walks in the mountains – Wales at its very best. The Coach House accommodates 17 (due to lounge and dining room space) but it has 23 beds and we allow up to 23 with no extra charge. It is 50 yards from the mansion and can be rented on its own or with the mansion to extend the number of bedrooms. The Coach House has its own page, property no. 8245. *Check both properties’ availability charts to rent both houses together.

Comments from Owner Guestbook
Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Plas Glansevin, over this New Year. The consensus opinion amongst the whole group was that this was the best venue that we have been to, in the 15 years that we have been holding New Year’s Eve parties. The key to the success was the enormous dining and kitchen facilities.
Thank you so much for everything you did to make our time at Plas Glansevin such a hugely enjoyable one. Every single person had a brilliant time and we would love to come back again at some point to do it all again. What was particularly wonderful was the fact that when we arrived everything was all ready and set up for us - from the beds, made up exactly as we needed, to the spare duvets, right down to the soap and shampoo, towels and supply of logs by the fire. The house and the whole weekend really was marvellous. Amazing to have such a large house with so much space for everybody, that felt so homely and cosy.
