Wales also boasts some top class game, course and sea fishing from the lakes of the Welsh mountains to the rivers of the fertile lowlands, or the fisheries of the Irish Sea.

Weather in Wales

Wales’ temperate climate means that there are no extremes of temperature. Although the summers (from May to August) are warm, temperatures do not soar to uncomfortably levels. Winters can be harsh, but there is still much to explore from the comfort of a cottage in Wales.

Travel to Wales
