Even if it is not Easter, it is an interesting climb to the top of the steps for fantastic town and sea views.

The old town of Pollensa has a charm of its own with its medieval churches and 17th century buildings. As well as plenty of shops, Pollensa is an excellent place to enjoy a meal in one of the local restaurants. Try the freshly caught local seafood in a traditional Paella.

Visit the imposing Eglèsia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels in the square, which was built in the 13th century by the Knights Templars.

Valldemossa is a village on the West coast of Majorca, a short drive from your apartment in Bellresguard. It is famous for the 14th century Royal Charterhouse of Jesus of Nazareth, built in the early 1300s when the philosopher Ramon Lull lived in the area. Many poets and composers, including Chopin, have stayed in the monastery which is set in a beautiful spot.
