Cabrieres has a number of interesting places to visit nearby. Geological features in the region include the volcanoes of Mount Ramus, Demoiselles cave and the River Herault. Tours around the Paul Ricard caves can be taken here too. Canal du Midi and Citadelle of Montpellier are very interesting places to visit. There are several museums in the region including Musee-Parc des Dinosaures de Meze, which is in one of the largest paleontological sites in Europe. Cabrieres is about a 50 minute drive from Beziers Cap d’Agde Airport (BZR). RyanAir has flights to and from Bristol (BRS), London-Luton (LTN) and Stockholm-Skavsta (NYO). Four car hire firms are established at Beziers Airport including Avis, Europcar, Hertz and National/Citer. Taxis can also be found just outside the terminal building. Alternatively Montpellier - Méditerranée Airport (MPL) is approximately one hour from Cabrieres and has flights to and from various cities across Europe including Brussels (BRU), Frankfurt (FRA), London-Gatwick (LGW), Madrid (MAD) as well as Casablanca (CMN) in Morocco. There are taxis available outside the terminal building and six car hire firms are situated at the airport, which are ADA, Avis, Europcar, Hertz, National and Sixt.
