Grasse is known as the gateway to the mountains and forests of Provence, with a huge number of walking trails into the countryside originating from the outskirts of the city. If you would like to organise white water rafting, canyoning, paragliding or rock climbing expeditions into the Pays de Grasse, there are ample opportunities in the city.

During July and August, the beaches of the Cote d’Azur are highly alluring, as temperatures can routinely reach the mid 30’s (˚C) during the middle of the day.
