A good place to start your Calahonda holiday is to take a walk up to the small Christian monument at El Porton, where you can get a view of the entire coast, Africa and Gibraltar.

As Calahonda is designed as a peaceful rural resort, there are few large nightclubs, but there are some lively bars in the El Zoco part of the resort, where the majority of Calahonda’s 45 restaurants are.
