The cobbled streets of the old town make for excellent walks, with their whitewashed buildings taking you back in time and street entertainers performing on almost every corner. Places of historic interest here include the 18th century Parish Church, which is recognisable for its bell tower, and the 15th century Misericordia Chapel, which was formerly an Arab mosque.
