There are 36 holes of championship standard golf to play, with wide, fast fairways and testing greens surrounded by sandy bunkers and thick strips of woodland. The National Course has an undeniably American feel, whilst for those who wish to impress can take to the more familiar International Course, which has a distinctly British taste. However you are playing, help is at hand, there are plentiful practice facilities and a number of excellent tutors on hand to help.

A Champions Gate apartment is just 15 minutes from Disney World too, with all the attractions and magic you associate with the parks easily accessible. Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n’Wild are all within 20 minutes of a Champions Gate town centre villa too, which will undoubtedly please any children in your party. There is a vast range to choose from, but all offer absolute serenity, powder soft sands and the chance to enjoy a range of water sports in the warm waters which gently lap the Floridian coast. Scuba diving, sailing and fishing are particularly popular activities in Florida, and it is hard to imagine anywhere better to practice all three!

Although conditions are hot, temperatures are very rarely extreme, with the highest temperatures of the year usually reaching 39 or 40°C. During the long summer, temperatures usually average around 31°C, with daily peaks in the mid-30’s, and evenings remaining wonderfully warm.
