The quaint and quiet village of Chernomorets lies in the southern part of Bulgaria upon the Black Sea Coast. Many of the houses have ornate details, most of which have been around for hundreds of years.
A visit to Sozopol in September will allow visitors to witness the renowned Appollonia Festival which is dedicated to arts and film. This event attracts many visitors and performers, all giving a wonderful slice of traditional Bulgarian culture.
