The whole city is awash with bars, restaurants and clubs, partially to entertain the cities two universities, and there is always something going on. With traditional music as common as dance music in Belfast’s nightspots, there really is something for everyone here. The Ulster Museum is a great place to start your exploration of the city, and the famous Belfast murals make for poignant viewing.

There are also ferry ports in Belfast and Larne, should you wish to take your own car when staying in a County Antrim cottage.
