There’s a market here every Friday devoted to local produce such as olives, cheeses and fresh vegetables, and the town is famous for its high quality ceramics. The Romanesque Episcopal Palace here is especially beautiful, and takes up a large portion of the old-town. Meanwhile of you visit La Bisbal in mid-August you’ll be able to catch the town festival.

Half an hour north of Cruilles is the Garrocha Volcanic Zone, where you’ll encounter some of the most spectacular volcanic landscapes Europe.
