Brighton is the most famous destination in East Sussex. It is an old sea side resort, boasting everything that English seaside resorts should, as well as being a vibrant, cosmopolitan city too.

Eastbourne is another traditional seaside resort, which boasts a great range of activities, sports and seasonal events which can be enjoyed from an East Sussex beach apartment. There are a great range of museums, galleries and exquisite bars, restaurants and pubs in Eastbourne too.

Average temperatures in summer reach over 22˚C in East Sussex, which is why the beach resorts of the coast are so popular. In winter, averages are closer to 5˚C, but the castles, countryside and golf courses of East Sussex are still great to visit.

East Sussex benefits hugely from the transport networks of nearby London. The county is just a short drive from the capital, and South West Trains provide many services throughout the county, so reaching your holiday accommodation in East Sussex shouldn’t be too painful.
