If you are looking for peace and tranquility, fantastic views and yet be only one mile from the centre of the best town on the Algarve - then Falfeira is for you!

Falfeira is atop the ridge that runs behind the town before you dip down to the village of Portelas. Fifty years ago there were only half a dozen stone built cottages here and over the years various villas have been built, but it is not in the least overcrowded. Most of the houses are residential, with just a few available for letting, and most have fantastic views across the Bay of Lagos and to the Monchique hills.

Just a 15 minute walk will take you down to the Marina or the centre of town with its multitude of restaurants, shops and bars. A taxi is recommended for the return journey up the hill, especially in the heat of the day!

Falfeira certainly provides the best of all worlds!
